(AllHipHop News) Many Hip Hop followers look at Jadakiss as one of the greatest lyricists to rise from the East Coast. However, his home state of New York has suffered criticism for years due to the lack of younger rappers to break out on a national level.

AllHipHop.com caught up with Kiss to get his thoughts on the talk of New York Hip Hop falling off. The creator of the recently released album Top 5 Dead Or Alive is not buying into the idea that the Empire State is no longer a major player in the game.
“New York could never fall off as long as my heart is beating,” expresses Jadakiss.
The “Ain’t Nothing New” spitter then names numerous NYC based emcees that are helping to keep the city’s rap scene alive. He added, “New York is never falling off as long as these people exist. You have to lose your mind to say something like that.”
