(AllHipHop News) Love him or hate him, but Future has been one of the most successful rappers over the last 2 years.
That time period has seen the Freebandz leader earn his first three #1 albums which made him the fastest Hip Hop act to reach that milestone.
MTV followed Future during his “Purple Reign” tour and footage from the trek has been compiled into a 10-minute documentary.
The Atlanta representative was interviewed for a feature article for MTV News as well. The in-depth piece includes Future discussing his alter egos known as The Wizard and Caesar Lee.
“The Wizard is me,” stated Future. “[My uncle OG Double D] named me the Wizard ’cause he always say I got the answers for everything. I’m gonna find a way to figure it out — that’s what the Wizard do, go back to my crystal ball and come back with these different ideas.”
As far as Caesar Lee, Future added, “Caesar Lee, that’s the ladies’ man. The charmer… He’s rare. You’ll fall in love with Caesar Lee. Let me just say that.”
After going through a very tumultuous breakup with ex-fiancee Ciara and naming his pre-Valentine’s Day album EVOL, there may be an impression that Future is not big on love. But F. Hendrix pushed back against that idea.
“Artificial love is like Kool-Aid,” he offered. “It’s water, and then you pour something in it and it turn different colors. Pure love is authentic, organic. I love you for your soul, I love you for the person that you are, I love you for your conversations and nothing else.”
Future went on to explain he is not interested in showcasing his relationship on Instagram. The self-described rock star continued, “I don’t want that love. It’s cool to do that, but that’s not the love that’s gonna stick with me forever. I want the love that I can never forget.”
