(AllHipHop News) The Core DJs are launching a brand new event called “MixShow Live,” which is set to premier in Dallas, Texas this weekend (May 4-7).

MixShow Live 2012 is the newest addition to The Core DJs’ various promotion and networking platforms aimed to assist DJ’s and their continued growth in the music industry.

Beyond attempting to bring the entertainment industry together, MixShow Live 2012 will honor legendary Hip-Hop pioneer Scarface at their scheduled awards ceremony.

The weekend will also feature a private screening of Ice-T’s documentary “The Art of Rap.”

So far confirmed artists to appear at the event are OG Ron C, Jae Millz, DJ Bay Bay, Dorrough, Trae, Paul Wall, DJ Scratch, DJ Green Lantern, Redman, Kaleena (Dirty Money), Mia X, Tierra Marie, Scarface, Jim Jones and Juvenile.
