NYC-based and Australian-bred, multi-media personality, Simone “Bosslady” Amelia, recently celebrated the Atlanta launch of her “Betwixt” Reebok collaboration at My Fair Sweets, a popular bakery in the heart of Atlanta’s midtown.
Numerous key influencers, trendsetters, and sneaker enthusiasts, including DJ and super producer Don Cannon, DJ Trauma, Diego Cash (Lala’s “Full Court Life”), DJ Princess Cut, DJ Kno It All, Akon’s newest signee Nyemiah Supreme, and more, enjoyed complimentary Ciroc cocktails, and customized cupcake push-up pops, while DJ Adore provided the soundtrack for the evening.
Bosslady mingled with guests as they viewed the “Betwixt” Reebok, themed after Princess Jasmine from Aladdin. She and five other female tastemakers were selected as a part of Reebok’s “Classic Beat” campaign to design their own sneaker, and Reebok also donated $10,000 to each designer’s charity of choice, with Bosslady’s donation going to the New York Youth at Risk organization.
Bosslady is the Lifestyle Manager for DrJays.com, producer for Green Lantern’s Invasion Radio on HipHopNation/Sirius/XM, blogger for DJPremium.com and the self-proclaimed “Princess Jasmine of Hip Hop.”
