(AllHipHop News) Rapper A$AP Rocky’s full-length album Long.Live.A$AP is the #1 album in the country today (January 23).
According to Neilsen SoundScan, A$AP Rocky’s debut album moved 139,000 copies in its first week in the stores, easily besting the closest competitor, which was children’s album Kidz Bop 23.
Kidz Bop 23 managed to sell 78,000 copies during its first week out, earning the #2 position.
Billboard reports that A$AP Rocky’s Long.Live.A$AP is the first debut album to top the charts in over a year.
2 Chainz accomplished the feat in September 2012 with his debut album Based on a True Story, although even had made the charts as Titi Boy in the group Playaz Circle.
