(AllHipHop News) With only a week remaining until the NBA All-Star Weekend kicks off in Houston, Texas, entertainers Common, Trey Songz and Ne-Yo have been tapped to participate in the 2013 Sprint NBA All-Star Celebrity Game.
The celebrity game is set to take place on Friday, February 15th at the George R. Brown Convention Center and is the first event that officially kicks off the 2013 NBA All-Star Weekend.
Billboard reports that ”this year’s Celebrity Game will bring in Queen Latifah as an assistant coach, while Nick Cannon will also suit up for the exhibition game. Other non-musical celebrities participating in the game include “The Hunger Games” star Josh Hutcherson, Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt, comedian Kevin Hart and retired NBA legend Dikembe Mutombo.”
John Legend will be singing the National Anthem at the All-Star game on Sunday night while multi-platinum selling-singer Alicia Keys will sing at half-time.
The 2013 Sprint NBA All-Star Celebrity Game will air on ESPN starting at 7:00 pm.
