While the RZA brand begins its expansion in film and television, its Hip-Hop foundation continues to thrive. Almost half a year after RZA initially told The New York Times that he has been trying to spearhead a Wu-Tang album to celebrate the group’s 20th anniversary, Method Man gave confirmation on its creation.

During a March 1st performance,  Method Man to the Los Angeles crowd “We got the Wu-Tang anniversary album coming up, we’re working on that now.” This comes after fellow Wu-Tang cohorts Raekwon and Ghostface Killah confirmed their interest in the project with the former only agreeing to partake in the highly anticipated album if “the business is right.”
