Sean “Diddy” Combs is one of several celebrities tapped to welcome tourists to New York City as part of the new “Just Ask the Locals” tourism campaign.
Combs will join residents like Matt Lauer, Lindsay Price and Kevin Bacon in the print ads, which features the mogul and other celebrities sharing their favorite shopping spots, restaurants and places of entertainment throughout New York.
This Friday (May 2), Combs will receive a star on the prestigious Hollywood Walk of Fame, for his contributions to the music and film industries.
"I would love the independent roles that make you feel emotion, things that make you laugh, make you cry,” Combs told AllHipHop.com of his goals for the silver screen. "Those are the type of movies and roles I would like to play. Things that are believable and a good fit. I gotta challenge myself to make people believe."
