At the time, West was not able to provide the names for most of the defendants. Only web-hosting services like Amazon.com were mentioned by name in the suit. THR reports Kanye has now discovered some of the people behind Coinye, and he has amended his complaint to include those new defendants.
While Amazon is no longer part of the suit, others like Ian Craig (aka Jonny Bravo) allegedly of coinyecasino.com and Alex Cacciamani allegedly of coinye-exchange.com are now included. The new defendants are located across the planet in various countries including United States, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, and China.
