The estate for Bobbi Kristina Brown has filed a $40 million lawsuit against her boyfriend Nick Gordon alleging that he abused Brown and stole money, Entertainment Tonight reports.
The lawsuit, which was filed by Brown’s conservator Bedelia Hargrove, claims that there were instances of domestic violence between Brown and Gordon where Gordon dragged Brown upstairs by her hair and punched her in the face, knocking out her front tooth. It is also alleged the Gordon was controlling and limited who Brown could interact with. Gordon is also accused of stealing money from Brown and actually transferred $11,000 from her account to his after she was taken to the hospital in January.

On Jan. 31st, she was supposed to meet with up someone to disclose about Gordon’s abusive behavior but she never made it to the meeting. She was found face down in her bathtub with a swollen mouth and a missing tooth.
The incident is currently being investigated.
