Jimmy Fallon has had a lot of dope artists perform on his late night show. With The Roots as the official house band, performances are kicked up a notch and the artist is given a liver sound than what their original contact sounds like. In this case, this applies to Erykah Badu, who’s music catalogue is already classic without The Roots supporting her songs. Recently, the legendary singer appeared on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, and ended up singing her new single, “Phone Down.” Badu also performed her remake of Janelle Monae’s single “Q.U.E.E.N.”
