BBC Radio 1 recently spoke with Metro Boomin. The Atlanta-based hit maker discussed working with TDE’s Kendrick Lamar and G.O.O.D. Music’s Big Sean.
“I met Kendrick, and we were in the studio. He picked a bunch of beats out. That was great,” said Metro. “I’ve been working on a bunch of stuff for Big Sean’s new album. That’s a friend of mine.”
Kendrick just released his 8-track EP untitled unmastered, so his efforts with Metro could end up on a future project. Sean is expected to drop another LP in the near future. G.O.O.D Music president Pusha T previously stated a Big Sean album was arriving in 2016.
