Lil B, the Based God and former member of The Pack, has offered his support to Justin Bieber amid his apparent mental health crisis.
The pop star opened up to his fans in an Instagram post on June 16, writing, “I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues. I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them.”
Lil B quickly reached out to Bieber and has been offering support in a barrage of text messages shared by Bieber. At one point he said, “Trust I got your back out there. Keep living. And feeling this life.” Lil B’s support was well received, and Bieber even shared a clip of Lil B’s video for “B.O.R. (Birth of Rap).”

Justin Bieber, who’s been famous since he was a little kid, has been battling some serious demons in recent months. His emotional post elicited thousands of comments, mostly supportive.
It read, “People keep telling me to heal. Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself I would have already? I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues. I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them. And it just keeps making me more tired and angry.
“The harder I try to grow the more focused on myself I am. Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others. Because honestly I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately. Aren’t you?”

Bieber has been remarkably candid about his mental health struggles lately, revealing a long battle with depression, anxiety and feelings of unworthiness that have persisted throughout his career. From a young age, Bieber was thrust into global stardom, which brought immense pressure and distorted his sense of self, leading to periods of heavy drug use, reckless behavior and deep emotional turmoil.
He has described feeling like a “fraud” and “unworthy,” despite his success, and has admitted to being overwhelmed by expectations and the constant scrutiny of fame. Bieber’s openness about his struggles, including moments when he felt “broken” and exhausted by demands for healing, has sparked widespread concern and support from fans and peers alike, including Lil B.
