(AllHipHop News) Another rapper is back home. North Carolina’s Petey Pablo was released from federal prison this morning. The creator of the hit singles “Raise Up” and “Freek-a-Leek” left the Fort Dix, New Jersey correctional institution after serving two years for carrying a firearm into the Raleigh-Durham International Airport in 2010.

“I just want to say that I’m totally glad to be back in the race and behind the wheel of a car that has been fine tuned for the greatest performance,” states Pablo. “I’m now headed to the workshop to begin what will be noted as my best work ever with one of the greatest producers of all time.
