Closing a great return to form, the Houston street legend Trae Tha Truth unleashes a new video for the Problem and Lil Boss-assisted single “Yeah Hoe.” The song which is on Tha Truth Pt. 1, is produced by Dnyc3 and Trent, features a 1990’s G-Funk Era synth, while the Phillyflyboy directs a dope video. Trae stands on top of the Warehouse Live entrance in East Downtown Houston for the video while Problem checks in from Los Angeles. Later on Trae, Lil Boss, and their ABN crew mob out, backed by Cadillacs on what Houston cats all swangas.
My teenage cousin hits me every time G Herbo drops some new heat. This time, I’m hitting him up. What’s funny is I met G Herbo earlier this year at SXSW, but it really took my cousin’s urging to pay closer attention. Herb got bars and is actually a smart dude. He drops the New York version of “Just Bars” and doesn’t fail to impress. Check out the Chi Town’s latest.
Most people never get the chance that Kreayshawn did. She got it and it was gone. In 2015, she is still big on the internet and social media. But that comes with a catch too. When she posted some thoughtfull s**t about the woes she has had, the internet gave it to the white jawn.
Fetty Wap took a little rest after getting injured on his motor-bike with Kid Ink, but since then the homie is back to work and keeping up promo for one of the most popular albums of the year. To keep his name buzzing the Fetty jumped on a song with Staten Island’s own J-Maul (a.k.a. Mauleano). Everything was cool when the two shot the official video for the Fetty Wap-assisted single “Remy Moscato” which is featured on J-Maul’s Connected mixtape, but you might notice one thing. Did Fetty cut his dreads? Check it out as Fetty Wap and J-Maul turn up in the club for this epic DC-directed clip. The song was produced by Slikfalik who also produced “Jugg” by Fetty Wap.

A new picture suggests that Rick Ross’ bae Lira Galore was stripping for Slim Thug.
You may have read Rick And Lira are beefing and that may be true. Click here for that. Now, it seems like Slim Thug may have put several nails in the proverbial coffin. He posted the following picture a couple days ago and all hell broke loose.
Now, you may not realize this, but Slim Thug and Rozay had some friction over who is the “Boss” of Hip-Hop. I thought it was dead, but I guess not? If that is Lira then Thugger dropped a megaton bomb on Lira’s ride out relationship. Sooooooooo…this is how we do in 2015? YEP!
Kevin Gates has a fan base that does not play. Loyally following his posts from featured tracks to solo’s Kevin Gates is on another level. Check out his intro to his Luca Brasi 2 project hosted by DJ Drama. The boy Kevin Gates goes IN!
Damn it! I promise I am rooting for Meek Mill. I AM. But it just seems like he cannot win. The dude managed to get out of the Drake mess intact with a dope song on the Creed soundtrack. But then he violated probation and Drake’s diss got nominated for a Grammy. Then he violated probation and is facing jail time. What does Meek do? He shows himself training, apparently getting ready for jail. NOoooooooOoOOOooooooooooooOooooooo! The internet is having a field day with this.
Even Kid Chocolate is talking about this!
Somebody says this is Meek Mill boxing at 16. It was posted in 2012. Dude looks short for Meek, but I can’t really tell.
Meanwhile, what is blurred out in this picture? Some say its a house arrest ankle bracelet.
Television producer Carlos King (“Real Housewives of Atlanta,” “Hollywood Divas,” “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta”) is back with a new groundbreaking television show, ‘The Next 15.’ ‘The Next 15’ brings together 6 seasoned reality TV stars, challenging them to take their careers to the next level as they work the Hollywood scene. Claudia Jordan (“Real Housewives of Atlanta,” “The Apprentice”), Benzino (“Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” “Marriage Boot Camp”), Jennifer Williams (“Basketball Wives”), Tiffany “Miss New York” Pollard (“Flavor Of Love,” “I Love New York”), Laura Govan (“Basketball Wives: LA”), and Karamo Brown (“Real World: Philadelphia”) star in this series, which showcases the normally unseen “4th wall” between the producers and the talent, revealing not only what happens on camera but also behind it, as the action unfolds.
Benzino and his business partner Dave Mays threw one of the hottest events of the holiday season for the show, the “Hip Hop Weekly Goes Hollywood” celebration at H.O.M.E. in Beverly Hills. Armadale CEO C. Bradley arrived on the red carpet there with super-producer/reality star Mally Mall (“Love & Hip Hop Hollywood) and hip hop manager/executive Steve Lobel.
The lavish private event included a gifting lounge put on by Makari de Suisse, a multicultural luxury skin care brand created to help women manifest smooth, radiant and beautiful skin. One of the most popular reality stars of the last decade, the one-and-only Tiffany “New York” Pollard sampled products and tried her hand interviewing Benzino in the Royal Blunts interview suite. As the 2-month production came to an end last week, executive producer Carlos King gave an epic wrap party, where the whole cast appeared in all their glory. Scenes were filmed while the party was in full swing. The 8-episode series, will premiere in February on TV One. Check out more photos from the event below. Photos by Arnold Turner & Gary Marshall.
After the premiere of “Jealous” on AllHipHop took off on the internet just a few weeks ago, Cleveland rapper Billard has been focused on the release of his new project Billard Season. The project hit the internet last Friday and has been widely acclaimed in its reviews thus far.
“Billard Season is a depiction of everything I have gone through in the last year of my life. I realized the hard work and dedication above anything else will always win. I produced most of this project by myself with the help of Sosa 808, The World Famous & FKi. This 9-track EP is a gift to all my fans. It’s CHAMPION music to help motivate! #AMEN,” Billard said of the project.

Billard said it all there, just press play and get hip to a talent that’s already garnering big attention from the majors.
This year it seems like Fetty Wap has impregnated everyone. Fetty Wap and Love & Hip Hop Hollywood’s Masika Kalysha are expecting a child together also. Fetty blasted Masika on social media, and it seems like he was not trying to bring another child into this world. Rumor has it that Fetty Wap asked Masika to get an abortion, and since she refused, he doesn’t plan to step up to his father duties. Allegedly there was a heated exchange between Masika and Fetty Wap where she told him she doesn’t believe in abortion, and he told her she doesn’t believe in condoms either. Fetty allegedly told her he doesn’t plan on coming around or helping at all. It seems like Fetty Wap is the one who doesn’t believe in condoms. These babies and child support could catch up to him.
Rick Ross’ album is out, but it’s not exactly readily available at one of the biggest retailers. Walmart has reportedly pulled Rick Ross’ new album Black Market off the shelves over a threatening line against presidential candidate Donald Trump. In his song “Free Enterprise” Ross raps,
“Assassinate Trump like he’s Zimmerman.”
Vlogger Mark Dice seems to take credit for having Ross’ album removed, as he believes it is an example of a terrorist threat. Dice tried to get Amazon and iTunes to agree with his claim also, but they are still selling the album. Rick Ross doesn’t seem the least bit bothered as he says,
“They say they banned us at Walmart, but they don’t know I live across the street from the n*gga who own target.”
Kid Cudi wants certain rappers and fans to know that no one is doing it better than him, and he showed these other rappers the path. Cudi says other rappers can have the recipe, but they can’t cook it like he can. He felt the need to address the madness of other rappers biting his style and wanting to be him. He tweeted,
“Gotta watch these lil rappin a** n*ggas. That’s why I don’t f*ck with nobody. N*ggas wanna wear your skin.”
The question is, who is Kid Cudi talking about? Travis Scott? Lupe Fiasco?

Michael B Jordan is one of hollywood’s biggest names as of now. In a short time he rose to stardom with breakout roles in Fruitville Station and Fantastic Four. Trump was asked about how it felt to working with Jordan and was the transition hard to go from rapper to actor especially while working with seasoned hollywood stars and he said ;
I never get star struck, its just confirmation that I’m doing the right thing since I’m working with major hollywood stars. I know I had to bring my A-Game too cause if you work with experienced people your flaws can get exposed easily. But I’m glad I got to show them how a real Philly dude acts. Im playing myself in the film and I thank them for letting put my own feel or swag into the role.
Rumor has it that Rick Ross & Lira Galore may have taken another break. The problem is many aren’t sure if they really broke up last time, or was it just one big publicity stunt. Rumors have been swirling for a while that the two have been separated for a few weeks, and that Rozay has cheated here and there. Ross & Lira’s recent Snap Chat posts certainly helped fuel the breakup rumors. Ross posted,
It looks like the Feds may just get that Wu Tang album. Certainly this cannot be pleasing to The RZA, but…maybe it is. Since Martin Shkreli stole money from his companies – allegedly – to pay off other non-related debts, they are now questioning if the money he stole was used to buy the one-of-one Wu-Tang album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin. Tey say he even may have illegally used the funds to threaten somebody’s life. Previously, the FBI claimed they didn’t take the album, but now…we don’t know. The word is out. If the album was purchased with funny funds, the FBI will take it. Then what? They better put that bish on AudioMack and get it poppin’ b.
K. Dot has now picked up another honor. The 28-year-old wordsmith was also voted as the inaugural “Rap Genius” of 2015 by Genius.com. Over 2,500 visitors to the website placed Kendrick at #1 on the list of the top ten Hip Hop artists of the year.
Genius’ Ben Carter writes about Kendrick Lamar:
Kendrick Lamar is 2015’s “Rap Genius.” While some rappers coerced a similar feeling, and even added great intellectual flair to their conscious message, Kendrick’s voice was unfiltered and raw. Artists like Drake relied on pop-sensibility to muscle their way into the conversation, but Kendrick let his heart and soul become the conversation itself. This is what separates him from the rest. His relative silence outside of the music proved that the power he could muster with mere musical presence was stronger than any campaign. There was no major press run, no memes, no beefs stoked purely for camera clicks and tongue wagging. 2015 belonged to Kendrick Lamar, and all he had to do was release an album.
The other entertainers to make the 2015 Rap Geniuses list are Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda (10), Lupe Fiasco (9), Vince Staples (8), Skepta (7), A$AP Rocky (6), Travis Scott (5), Young Thug (4), Drake (3), and Future (2).
(AllHipHop News) California representative Tyga had a pretty rough 2015. In February, he was the target of lines from Drake’s “6PM In New York” track off If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.
Then in June Tyga’s The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty only opened with around 2,200 copies in first week sales. The 26-year-old rapper was also constantly the butt of jokes and the recipient of online vitriol for his relationship with 18-year-old Kylie Jenner. Add in some legal and financial issues, and it was a torrent of negative press in ’15.
This year was not all bad for Tyga. The Young Money signee premiered his own reality show Kingin’ with Tyga on MTV2, and he had a role in the well received movie Dope. T-Raww is looking to have a much more productive 2016 with appearances in Barbershop 3 andGoing Under.
Tyga plans to rebound musically as well. His Rawwest N*gga Alive mixtape is expected to arrive in January. According to the recording artist, the songs he is creating cannot be compared to anything on the market at the moment.
“Even though so many people are doing music, I still feel like what I do is not comparable,” Tyga told Yahoo. “It can’t be duplicated. When you start looking at all the other people, that’s you losing your faith in what you’re supposed to do.”
Despite the negative turn of events in his career, Tyga is still confident he is one of the potential greats of his era. Apparently, T-Raww does not want to be defined by his 2011 Top 10 hit “Rack City.” The Lil Wayne protegé believes his best days are still ahead of him.
“Everything that I’ve done to this point doesn’t even matter. When I hear ‘Rack City,’ it doesn’t even matter,” added Tyga. “I’m only doing this to sit with the gods. There’s no other way I see it for myself.”
(AllHipHop News) Before Wiz Khalifa became a household name with 2010’s “Black and Yellow,” the Pittsburgh rapper frequently teamed up with New Orleans emcee Curren$y on music. Wiz went on to become a regular on Top 40 radio while Spitta built a supportive fanbase as an underground artist.
In a recent interview with DJ Smallz, Curren$y spoke about his friend’s rise to becoming a commercially successful performer. The creator of the recently released Canal Street Confidential album also addressed the media’s tendency to want to pit the How Fly and Live In Concert collaborators against each other.
“Once you cross over to that sh*t, you got people that are there just because they don’t like you. There’s no way of knowing now, because you’re in that world,” said Curren$y about becoming a mainstream star. “But for [Wiz] to exist there and for me to be doing my thing in the underground, and with people in the media always asking us questions about one another in a way to try to create something.”
