Greetings and Salutations, my creatures of Greatness!
Welcome to the absolute day that you put your best foot forward and lock down on your
dreams! There is not a person, place, or thing that can stop you from achieving your greatness! There is no circumstance that can stand in your way!
Those who have bought the lie that things are impossible, simply don’t want it bad enough! Those who justify mediocrity with lines like “life happens” or “that’s just the reality” have given up their power to change and are doomed into a life of normality!
If you stop and take some time to look in the mirror, you will see your biggest opponent! Stop making Excuses! You are the only thing standing in the way of your dreams and aspirations! No more complaining, having a victim mentality, whining, or blaming others!! All of your excuses have NEVER and will NEVER get you a step closer to your goals or dreams. Stop your nonsense and go get what you deserve!! (If it don’t apply, let it fly!!)
-Ash’Cash
“The only thing standing between you and your goal is the BS story you keep telling yourself as to why you can’t achieve it.” -Jordan Belfort

“Ninety-nine percent of the failures come from people who have the habit of making excuses.” -George Washington Carver

(AllHipHop News) Former Bad Boy rapper Shyne is back with Gangland, his first full effort since his departure from the industry to serve a nearly 10-year prison sentence, and he declared, “I run New York…even from an island.”
The release comes on the 12th anniversary of his debut Bad Boy Records album, Shyne. The new release offers up 18 original cuts from a stash box of producers, bringing what they consider to be a different sound than fans are accustomed to.
Shyne touches on just about every subject after his hefty sentence, from politics to the jail system, celebrity murder and criminals beating their cases, to keeping to the street code.
When AllHipHop.com asked Shyne how he judges the Gangland project among his others, he said he looks at it as his “best work yet.”

If you pay any attention to fashion, like most Hip-Hop heads, you know about the latest up and coming brands that everyone in the game is rocking. That being said, most people have heard about Pink Dolphin after a great run this past summer and over the past few years. If you had the pleasure of rocking a Pink Dolphin hat, tank, or T-shirt this summer, you surely got some looks, as people commonly notice and comment on the obvious use of the color pink in their gear.
Some people say it looks like it’s
Miami Vice themed; either way, you stand out when you wear Pink Dolphin. Simply put, it makes your different from everyone else at the party.
Founded by Cena, Neima, and Young L (a rapper from the Bay Area rap trio, The Pack), Pink Dolphin prides itself on being rare, exclusive, and different from everything else that exists on the market. The trio started off printing signature T-shirts on Hanes white T’s in 2009, and since then, Pink Dolphin hasn’t looked back as it’s built a clothing empire.
From nothing to now having its first flagship store in the heart of L.A.’s Hip-Hop fashion district on Fairfax in Hollywood, Pink Dolphin has made great strides toward developing a sustainable business in today’s Hip-Hop clothing industry.
Rappers and singers are co-signing the brand as well, as Chris Brown tipped his hat to the brand and has been seen out wearing the gear on multiple occasions. As well, when Pink Dolphin opened up their flagship store, they brought Chief Keef out to L.A. for a star-studded celebration that included crowd appearances by Chris Brown, Rihanna, Rob Kardashian, Sean Kingston, Lauren London, and many more.
Now the guys have plans to take the brand to “more lifestyle products like housewares,” according to Cena, Co-Founder and Creative Director. As you will see in the video below, the guys come from humble beginnings, from wearing Kirkland white T’s and Dickeys in high school to rocking some of the dopest gear in the game that they designed.
It’s a great story…that’s still developing.
For a look at all of their Fall 2012 gear, go to and get some gear while supplies last! Also, check below for AllHipHop.com’s exclusive sit down with the minds behind Pink Dolphin.

(AllHipHop News) With his group set to release the upcoming It’s The World album, all eyes are on Young Jeezy right now, who also recently signed Philadelphia native Tone Trump.
New Yorker Wink Loc has also recently been brought onto the CTE scene, and during the “Thug Motivation” tour, Wink took a moment to detail meeting with the Hip-Hop heavyweight, Young Jeezy, through the tool of social media.
“That’s a funny story,” Wink Loc told AllHipHop.com in a recent interview. “Through Twitter – a lot of people won’t believe that he was supposed to do a show in Brooklyn, and a lot of people were tweeting him, telling him I had to open up for him. Jeezy;s manager hit me on Twitter like, ‘You’re not opening up, but you can send me some music.'”
After sending the music, Wink Loc says Young Jeezy’s manager reached back saying, “We are not going to say you can open up for us, but we can link.” Then, Wink Loc was flown to Miami and introduced to the family, and all the dots were connected.
About his upcoming mixtape, Wink Loc said, “Right now, I’m working on my project, Blue Steel .38 Special. You know I’m going to have all my brothers on there; this is a little different from my last two projects, Locomotive 1 & 2. Same concept, just more in tune with other people. Just working, working, working. I guess we all gearing up for the It’s the World album.”

With a new album called Stereotype out in stores now, Strong Arm Steady sat down with AllHipHop.com to discuss the West Coast, Hip-Hop movement and to review their new album released through Stones Throw Records. As a follow up to the Arms and Hammers project released through Talib Kweli’s Blacksmith imprint, the guys at Strong Arm Steady got all production chopped up by Statik Selektah.
Features from the project include Bad Luc, Black Hippy, Baby D, Casey Veggies, Chace Infinite, David Banner, Double R, Dom Kennedy, Planet Asia, Picaso, Reks, Skeme, and Tri-State – this project is point blank well rounded. SAS will tell you that this project most closely resembles the art that they have recently been creating as of late, relative to any other pieces of work they’ve put together in the past.
If you’ve heard the critically acclaimed In Search of Stoney Jackson, then you know that Stereotype will hold its own in the Hip-Hop world, if it’s even remotely on par to what Stoney Jackson was as an album – and it is. If you haven’t heard SAS’s music, this album would be a nice way to jump into the cypher. This album is a nice album to smoke to as well; it plays straight through, so you won’t even need to get up to turn the track.
Let’s just say what it is – these dudes are not making Top 40 commercial rap, but these guys are making classic Hip-Hop using all of the elements that Hip-Hop’s golden era embodied. Highlights from the project include the soulful “Forever” featuring Chase Infinite, “Born Into It” featuring Bad Lucc, “Do Ya Thang Girl (JOOK)” featuring Casey Veggies, and Picaso, “On My Job” featuring Skeme, “Through the Motions” featuring David Banner, “L.A. Blues” featuring Planet Asia and Tri-State, and “Smoke On” ft Dom Kennedy and Baby D.
Prior to listening to the project we spoke with Strong Arm Steady about their place in Hip-Hop’s history, and we asked them to ponder the Top 5 rappers from the West Coast. With Hip-Hop history in perspective, and how the whole West Coast movement developed from the 1980s going forward, Krondon and Phil the Agony, with the help of friend and fellow rapper Defari, constructed their Top 5 Rappers from the West Coast.

I am hearing some crazy things out in these streets. It comes on the heels of 50 Cent hiring a private investigator to look into the death of Chris Lighty.
Anyway! We are out CHEAAAAAA! I am hearing that there are people that want Lighty’s wife outta there. And when I mean outta there, I don’t mean out of the house. She’s been the source of scorn from day 1, but she’s got bodyguards protecting her.
Anyway, she’s not being sought after by the cops so she is legally in the clear. I think the streets are another story.
Chris Lighty comes from very humble beginnings, and The Violators is more than a name of a label and a company.
Time will reveal, and hopefully cooler heads prevail.
RIP, Chris!

(AllHipHop News) Veteran clothing designer April Walker has revealed that she is re-launching her Walker Wear brand.
Walker Wear will be sold online and in upscale premium men’s retailers in the New York City area.
“It’s all about timing. Creatively, I’ve done a lot of fashion consulting and instead of constantly hearing the old adage ‘you should start your own,’ I decided to relaunch Walker Wear,” April Walker explained to AllHipHop.com.
April Walker launched Walker Wear in 1992.
The brand became extremely popular amongst the Hip-Hop community, since rap stars like Biggie Smalls, Tupac Shakur Wu-Tang Clan, Queen Latifah, Snoop Dogg and others sported the brand.
The latest incarnation of Walker Wear aims to bridge the gap between the Hip-Hop generations.
“I believe there is a disconnect between the new and old school lifestyle culture and I’m hoping to bridge the gap through the canvas of apparel,” Walker explained to AllHipHop.com.
Walker Wear will officially relaunch in the fall of 2012.
