Fashion is all about looks recreating themselves. Clothing, jewelry, and, of course, shoes, always find away to step back out with a new twist.
Manolo Blahnik has made its way back into the flirty, Hip-Hop department with its 2002 suede and leather ankle “Timberland”-inspired boots.
We’ve seen a similar style in our day (think Beyonce 10 years ago), but this shoe is more up to date, modern, and sexy. It can be found at Saks Fifth Avenue and other high-end stores.
Will this super-pricey boot (retailing at $1,175) make it into your fall wardrobe, ladies? Why or why not?

Looks like the generational gap is not going to be closing anytime soon. In this video, a father goes IN on his son on youtube for wearing skinny jeans. Now, the thing is, the kid’s jeans are incredibly tight to the point where he cannot even pull them up. The are basically skintight jeans that would give a girl an instant yeast infection. The day yells, “And you know your nuts hurt!!!!” So, who is the epic fail? The son for wearing the jeans or the dad for ruining his son’s life for the next decade at least. This will be on youtube forever now. It may even be in a time capsule to explain where we were as a people in this time period.
There is just something wrong about a dude in something like this:

R. Kelly is maybe the only singer of his generation and genre, from the ’90s, who still makes music – and still gets heard.
Check out the Pied Piper in his latest video for “Feelin’ Single”. Sounds like something from the Chocolate Factory album – but it’s actually a new cut from his latest album, Write Me Back.
Though it’s also reminiscent of 2010’s Love Letter, Kelly takes another risk with this one. Who can touch this musical genius who’s constantly reinventing himself and his music?
Another one bites the dust. After months of speculation, Day 26, the band that Diddy famously put together on his 2007 MTV reality show “Making The Band,” has decided to call it quits and break up.
Day 26 made two underwhelming albums on Bad Boy, and even made the move over to Interscope with Diddy a few years back, but ultimately left Diddy after not having much success. The group last made headlines when group member Q left the group to pursue a solo career.
Earlier this week the remaining four members–Willie, Brian, Robert, and Mike–released a statement saying, “It is with great sadness and deep pain that we regret to inform you that effective immediately, Atlantic Records Platinum recording group, DAY26 have decided to take a break from the group and focus on their own individual projects.”
So much for that. Would you like to see Diddy come back on MTV for another edition of “Making The Band”?
