Eminem is taking
his ex-wife Kim Mathers to court, in an attempt to stop her from making disparaging
remarks about him in public. The Detroit Daily News reports that Eminem,
born Marshall Mathers, will appear in court on Monday (Mar. 26) to file a motion
seeking to prohibit Kim from making "derogatory, disparaging, inflammatory
and otherwise negative comments" about him in public. According to Eminem,
Kim’s recent comments bring harm to their daughter, 11-year-old Hailie. Kim recently
appeared on TV show 20/20 and on Detroit radio station 95.5’s Mojo in the
Morning show. She accused Eminem of being a bad father and claimed the rapper
was still addicted to drugs. "Complicating the situation for the child is
the fact that her father is an internationally known public figure," the
motion reads. "It is simply impossible for her to be shielded from the kind
of media campaign currently being waged by (Kim) against (Eminem). The couple
remarried in Jan. 2006 and were divorced by Apr. 2006. Grammy

tour of Australia and Japan. "After the tour, that’s basically it,"
Soup told Australia’s Gold Coast Bulletin last week. "I don’t want
