(AllHipHop News) Yonkers, New York native Jadakiss is launching the new Kiss for Kids Foundation in support of the local community. The platinum selling rapper will be on hand during the opening of a new Boost Mobile retail store in Yonkers. Boost will donate $10,000 to the Kiss for Kids Foundation during the event, which will feature music courtesy of Hot 97’s Funkmaster Flex. The event takes place Saturday (April 17th) from 12pm – 3pm. Watts, California rapper Jay Rock has responded to reports that The Game may have directed lines at him on his latest single, “400 Bars.” Game sends direct jabs at his archrival 50 Cent during the 20 minute verse, while addressing some of his competitors. Rapper Wyclef Jean received an award from Reverend Al Sharpton’s National Action Network last night (April 15th) in New York. NAN awarded Wyclef the Keepers of the Dream Award. “Many Followers few Leaders, Rev Al Sharpton is a Leader, So Follow the Leader! Warriors! I wanna say 2 Rev Al Sharpton thank u ….” NAN also honored the late Civil Rights leader Benjamin Hooks during a dinner honoring Martin Luther King Jr. Other notables that attended the event included Senator Chuck Schumer, Reverend Jesse Jackson, Bill Cosby, Mariah Carey and Hip-Hop violinist Miri Ben-Ari.
