(AllHipHop News) It is no secret New York City radio stations Power 105 and Hot 97 are considered rivals. The two leading Hip Hop stations in the country compete for ratings, guests, and influence. Occasionally, representatives from the respective channels clash in public.

Yesterday (December 6) Hot’s Peter Rosenberg decided to take a swipe at Power’s Angela Yee. A fan suggested on Twitter that Rosenberg and Ebro from Hot along with Yee and Charlamagne Tha God from Power would make a great radio team. Rosenberg responded by writing, “Angela sucks on radio bro.”

Yee caught wind of Rosenberg’s diss, and The Breakfast Club host fired back with her own tweet. She reminded Rosenberg he lost his own morning show on Hot 97 and now serves as a co-host on Ebro In The Morning. Yee posted, “I don’t even know what your show sounds like… oh it’s not your show anymore.”

Rosenberg was once the host of Hot 97’s The Morning Show with Cipha Sounds. He was added to Ebro Darden’s program after a major roster shake-up which included Cipha leaving the station and veteran personality Angie Martinez moving to Power. Rosenberg does have his own program titled Late Night With Peter Rosenberg that runs Mondays at 12 AM – 2 AM.
