to court papers filed by the Bank of New York, Juvenile

has failed to make any of the monthly $2,329 mortgage

payments on his home since April. The bank has foreclosed

on its loan for the $315,000 Mandeville, LA real estate

and has authorized the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s

Office to seize the property and sell it at auction.

Juvenile,

born Terius Grey, stopped making his payments around

the same time

the managers of his gated community sued him for parking

his tour bus on the street and leaving a fleet of luxury

vehicles in his back yard. The suit was settled this

summer after he agreed to follow the rules. Juvenile’s,
