(AllHipHop News) D. Rose is a free man. The NBA point guard stood trial in a civil case where a previous sexual partner accused him of drugging and raping her.
Rose, along with two friends, stood accused of the sexual assault on Aug. 27, 2013 while she was incoherent. Rose and friends, Randall Hampton and Ryan Allen, were found clear on all charges Wednesday.
The woman sought over $21 million in damages, which translated into $6 million in compensatory and $15.5 million in punitive.
Rose opted to go to trial, which began on the 4th of October. He missed a number of NBA practices, but is now legally cleared to go on with his life.
