Def Jam’s marquee female R&B singer Rihanna has revealed details behind her new upcoming album, titled Rated R.
The release is the Barbados-born singer’s fourth studio album. Rated R features production by a number of hit makers, including The Dream, Tricky Stewart, Chase & Status, Stargate, Justin Timberlake.
R&B singer Ne-Yo produced the album’s lead single, “Russian Roulette,” which was released today (October 20).
A video for the single will be directed by Anthony Mandler and is also scheduled to premiere today during prime-time on ABC.
Rated R is Rihanna’s follow up to her 2007 album Good Girl Gone Bad, which has been certified platinum in at least 20 countries throughout the world, based on hits like “Take a Bow, “Shut Up and Drive” and “Umbrella” featuring rapper Jay-Z.
Rihanna’s album Rated R is due in stores Monday, November 23.
