(AllHipHop News) Taylor Swift fans are convinced the star’s track “I Forgot You Existed” is a dig at her longtime rival Kanye West.
The pair have been locked in a bitter feud since the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, when the Yeezy mogul jumped on stage to interrupt the “Shake It Of” hitmaker’s Best Music Video acceptance speech.
And now fans think the star is reigniting the feud with the new song, taken from her album Lover.
In the track, Taylor sings about being on the negative end of public perception in a feud, crooning: “Lived in the shade you were throwin’ / ‘Til all of my sunshine was gone, gone, gone.”
Taylor name-checks Drake’s “In My Feelings on the song and her fans swear it’s a reference to the “Gold Digger” musician’s feud with the star.
