Rapper Eminem and Kim Mathers were officially divorced for the second time Tuesday Dec. 19, according to published reports.
The pair was remarried less than a year ago and have had a historically turbulent relationship.
The pair will share custody of their daughter Haillie Jade Scott, 10, and opted to split their property under conditions disclosed inside a private settlement, according to the Associated Press.
The couple “conducted themselves with dignity and respect,” Circuit Judge Antonio P. Viviano said. “All in all, they are a very fine couple to deal with.” Additionally, both parties understood that the divorce marked the end of their second marriage.
Neither Eminem, 34, or Mathers, 31, talked to reporters outside of the Mount Clemens, Michigan court room.
Eminem (real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III) and Mathers became a couple when they were teenagers in high school. Their union was consummated in a 1999 marriage that ended in a 2001 divorce.
