Rap veteran Keith Murray is preparing to release an album full of new material AllHipHop.com has learned.
Murray is planning the follow up to his 2007 release Rap-Mur-Phobia with his sixth album, titled Intellectual Violence.
The 25-track release will feature Def Squad members and long time collaborators, Redman and producer Erick Sermon.
Murray, who hit big with the classic 1994 Hip-Hop single “The Most Beautifullest Thing In This World” saw his career derailed, after a 1995 brawl in a Connecticut bar.
The rapper discusses his stint behind bars for assaulting a 16-year-old with a barstool on the single “Pen Life.”
Murray, who fled and finally surrendered to authorities in 1998, served 33 months of a five year sentence for his role in the assault.
Intellectual Violence will hit stores on April 22 on Legion of Doom Records, via Traffic Entertainment Group.
