(AllHipHop News) It appeared Florida’s Dieuson “Kodak Black” Octave was set to be released from jail, but new reports claim the 19-year-old rhymer will remain behind bars in Broward County.
According to the Sun-Sentinel, Kodak is being held after deputies discovered separate warrants for St. Lucie County, Florida and Florence, South Carolina.
The St. Lucie warrant is for two counts of misdemeanor cannabis possession.
The South Carolina warrant is for felony criminal sexual conduct.
Kodak is expected to be held in the Fort Lauderdale jail until the other locales extradite him.
In the Broward County case, he was facing charges of robbery, false imprisonment, fleeing a law enforcement officer, and possession of a firearm by a delinquent.
The “Going Viral” performer could have been sentenced to a maximum of 55 years in prison.
After a hearing on Tuesday, a judge approved a plea deal where the 2016 XXL Freshman class member was put on house arrest for a year and probation for five years.
