(AllHipHop News) Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges may have a hit television show on his hands.

According to Deadline, Luda’s Fear Factor reboot scored the highest-rated premiere in two years for MTV among adults between the ages of 18-34.

The daredevil program’s debut episode on the network collected 936,000 viewers for Live+Same Day totals.

Fear Factor is part of a deal Ludacris signed with MTV which establishes the Atlanta rapper/actor as an executive producer for the series.

“I am excited to kick off my partnership with MTV, starting with the relaunch of Fear Factor, which will be even more insane and ludicrous than what you remember,” said Ludacris during the April announcement for the show. “This will be the first of many great projects together.”

The star of the Fast & The Furious movie franchise also serves as the host of the new Fear Factor.
