(AllHipHop News) Lord Jamar has dubbed himself a “Hip Hop conservative,” and at times his viewpoints on the state of the culture, particularly on White artists in Hip Hop, have not always been well received by others. Jamar’s recent assertion that Eminem is not any different from other White performers Macklemore or Justin Timberlake did not sit well with Em’s Bad Meets Evil rhyming partner Royce da 5’9”.

Royce publicly addressed Jamar on Twitter, and he asked the Brand Nubian member to have an open discussion about his latest statements. The Detroit native’s initial tweet also included Royce saying he felt Jamar’s viewpoints are becoming “too ridiculous.”
Jamar then decided to respond to Royce. The two rappers engaged in a lengthy conversation on the social media site.
