EXCLUSIVE: Ron Browz, T-Pain End Beef With New Song “All The Way”

(AllHipHop News) Autotune lovers rejoice – a long running feud between T-Pain and Ron Browz has officially ended – with the pair collaborating on a new song together.

T-Pain and Ron Browz engaged in a brief war of words over Browz’ use of the auto-tune technology in his 2008 hit single “Pop Champagne.”

T-Pain, who had already found success with songs like “I’m ‘n Luv (Wit a Stripper),” and “Buy U a Drank,” told DJ Skee that Ron Browz didn’t know how to use the technology. But now, the two have put their differences aside, for the new single “All The Way.”

“Actually I went to Atlanta, just to hang out,” Ron Browz told AllHipHop.com. “My friend invited me through. Out of nowhere, he [T-Pain] asked me what I was working on. I asked him what he was working on. We turned on the track and just did it.”

Browz said that he never had an issue with T-Pain. The Harlem native said Hip-Hop’s competitive nature was to blame for the hype surrounding T-Pain’s comments about his production style.

“It was competitive, it was good for the game,” Ron Browz reasoned. “Some people said this is person better at using autotune or whatever. Now we collaborated to do one big record.”

Ron Browz also revealed he is working on a new mixtape titled “The Christening Part 2.”

WTF News: Female Gym Rat Says Steroids Gave Her a Penis

Candice Armstrong was left with facial stubble, broad shoulders and a one-inch penis after using steroids in an attempt to improve her physique.

Via NY Post:

The former London barmaid said her nightmare began two years ago when she joined a gym to improve her physique.

Armstong, who suffers from body dysmorphia, revealed she would work out for three hours a day and was convinced her upper body was too slender.

But despite people telling her she was developing great biceps, it wasn’t enough.

When a fellow gym fanatic suggested using steroids, she went for it, but soon developed an addiction to daily doses of the steroid Trenbolone.

Armstrong told British tabloid The Sunday People she only started using the drug because she hated her body, but now things were a thousand times worse.

In fact the drug altered her body so much that her c####### grew into a one-inch penis, she developed facial hair, acne and even began walking like a man.

The transition was so extreme she now dresses in men’s clothes so she isn’t mistaken for a man in drag and now avoids women’s toilets.
“Now I look like a man and I hate it. Even my own mother has told me I’m not pretty any more,” she said. ”I don’t want to become a man, I just want to be normal. I stopped having any sort of sex drive for men. I tried having sex with a girl but that didn’t do anything for me either. So it’s not like it has turned me lesbian.”

Armstrong said she thought the drug would make her training more effective, but has now developed an addiction which has changed her body to such an extent even her GP asked if she was undergoing a sex change.

“I used to get a lot of attention from men. Now very few people find me attractive. But I can’t say I miss sex. I have no sex drive and I’m more insecure than ever,” she said.

She says she is trying to beat her addiction and over come her body dysmorphia, but still works out for at least three hours a day. Um…ok. I would think that excessive workouts would make the situation worse, but what do I know? *shrug*

Kelly Rowland’s Biological Dad Pleads With Her To See Him

(AllHipHop News) Three years ago, Solange Knowles hinted to Wonderwall that Kelly Rowland was adopted by their family and had “moved in when she was 5.” Three years later, Rowland’s estranged father of 20 years is publicly pleading to reconnect with his daughter.

67 Year old Christopher Lovett recently spoke to Radar Online on the tumultuous relationship he had with Rowland’s mother while Kelly was a child

It wasn’t physical between me and Kelly’s mom, but there were many days and nights when Kelly would be bawling her eyes out, clutching my leg begging me, ‘Please daddy stop shouting at mummy’. That image of her howling, begging me to stop will haunt me forever.

Lovett admitted to being an abusive alcoholic and due to that he eventually left Kelly and her mother, Doris Rowland Garrison when the singer was seven years old. Lovett says he

I just pray she comes back into my life before it’s too late.[…]I couldn’t control [the drinking and verbal abuse that Kelly witnessed]. I hoped I could make it up to her. But I’m still waiting for that day.

Lovett has tried numerous times in the past to get in contact with Kelly, which has not gone unnoticed by the Grammy award winning singer according to an interview she had with UK Cosmo in November 2011:

He reached out to me saying he wanted to see me, but it’s unfortunate he did it so publicly. I want to meet him, and soon, I really do. I forgave him a long time ago. I haven’t seen my dad for almost 20 years. It’s nothing I want a pity party for. He left me and my mom, and I was angry. I wanted to be a daddy’s girl so bad.

Kelly previously stated she planned on seeing her father on Christmas of 2011 “because tomorrow’s not promised to us.” However, the meeting has not happened and in a September 2013 interview with Essence Magazine, Rowland has no idea why she has not yet:

I haven’t [seen my father yet.] I don’t know what’s stopping me because I’ve had opportunities. But it really is time. I probably need to ask my therapist about it.

Kelly Rowland recently released her fourth solo album, Talk A Good Game. While Kelly had that monster multiplatinum selling single “Motivation” with Lil Wayne in 2011, none of her TAGG singles reached Gold and she has not had a Gold selling album since her debut, Simply Deep in 2002.

Dizzy Wright’s [#BGA] “The Golden Age Tour” Kicks Off in Houston

Houston’s Fitzgerald’s is not for the average fan. Slightly cramped and gritty, a concert here is strictly for the die hard fans. Sweat falling from their brows as they push towards the stage to spit along with their favorite artist.

On Wednesday, October 23rd, this same crowd pushed in and eagerly lifted Emilio Rojas as he surfed through the crowd before landing back on stage. His performance setting the perfect mood before it was time for the headliner to take the stage.

Dizzy WrightA humble guy, while backstage Emilio stopped to chat with everyone, “It was live and Doughbeezy is the man. H-Town just showed me so much love.”

That same electric energy that he had sparked on stage would continue throughout the night and shoot through the roof as Dizzy finally took to the stage.

Launching “Dizzy….WRIGHT” before running through a string of fan favorites including tracks from “Smoker’s Conversations” and his latest “The Golden Age;” minus a few sound issues he gave an exciting performance, even going as far as to crowd surf before standing upon the actual wave and rapping upon the crowd itself. Dope.

Catching up with him after the show he said, “This is my second show in Houston. They requested me back. Coming here a second time, I can definitely see the growth. It’s like the crowd was thinking, ‘I know we better know these words before he get on our heads.’ The energy tonight was crazy, like I feel alive again!”

The appreciation for his fans was evident as he stayed an extra hour and a half after the show to speak with them, sign autographs and even learn a handshake from a fan.

After his set, the audience screamed for an encore and Dizzy obliged, but not before telling the largely Caucasian crowd that he was giving them the “N*gga Card” to use the word before dropping the track. They made sure they screamed it loud too.

Standout Openers/Artists:
Houston hard hitting artist Doughbeezy briefly took to the stage during Emilio Rojas stage, drawing one of the loudest cheers of the night. While newcomer Dewayne Jackson likely drew in a wave of new fans from his performance, especially with his “Metaphors” and “Higher Learning” tracks.

Dizzy Dewayne Jackson

Bet You Didn’t Know: DJ Hoppa is hilarious. I can’t tell you the story that he told backstage because it was off the record, but he’s hilarious.

While not a stadium sized venue it was filled nonetheless. It will be interesting to see what road Dizzy’s career heads down, but if his buzz is to be believed he’s definitely worth keeping an eye on. Houston, Texas certainly knew he was.

YouTube Co-Founder Leaked Kanye West and Kim Kardashian Proposal Video

(AllHipHop News) Kanye West and Kim Kardashian may soon be in court with the very man who indirectly has helped make them international icons. YouTube cofounder Chad Hurley is the one who released the first video of Kanye West’s proposal to Kim Kardashian at AT&T Field.

The 36 year old entrepreneur released the video on his collaborative app MixBit and spread it globally on his personal Twitter account of over 510,000 followers:

The release of the video seems to have also been aimed to be a promotion of the new app as Hurley did not only release the video on his Twitter but sent it to a few news publications with a press release. Vanity Fair released an excerpt of the press release which simply describes the video:

the orchestra and lights show in anticipation of the proposal, Kanye down on one knee, the reaction from family and friends, and the celebration and toasting to the newly engaged couple afterwards

Earlier today (October 23rd) reports came out that Kanye West is looking to sue whomever leaked the engagement video.

MixBit allows users to combine short clips like Vine and Instagram. Unlike the two of those, users can mix as many as 256 clips in a single video and even be able to mix in clips from other publicly posted MixBit videos.

The app is available on both iOS and Android.

Openly Gay Rappers Criticize Eminem For “Rap God” Lyrics

(AllHipHop News) Eminem is no stranger to controversy. The multiplatinum selling rapper has had religious leaders, women’s groups, and LGBT activists criticizing his brand of music since he first appeared on the scene in the late 90’s. It appears members of one those communities are still upset about Em’s choice of lyrics in his most recent song “Rap God.”

Two openly gay performers released statements about what they view as homophobic slurs on the track. One of those critics, singer-songwriter/rapper Solomon, had previously appeared on Eminem’s satellite radio channel Shade 45.

“When he invited me on his radio station a few years ago, I thought he put all of this aside,” stated Soloman. “He’s using the word f*ggot to degrade another man. As if the worst thing a man can be is gay. What type of message does that embed into the minds of young kids, both gay and straight?”

“He’s a lil’ too old to be using gay and f*g and sh*t as an insult; playground  s**t,” added Soloman’s labelmate and fellow openly gay rapper LastO. “It’s ironic because I’m sure when he was coming of age, more black folks walked over him…than anyone gay ever did.”

Eminem becomes the latest rap star to face heavy criticism this year over lyrical content that some have found offensive. Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, and J. Cole have all had to apologize at one point during 2013 for particular references and choice of words from one of their verses.
