Lil Wayne’s situation may have been more dire that we thought. Because he’s apparently gotten a facial tattoo in honor of his “son.” You know the deal…we thought we may have lost Lil Weezy when he was in the ICU for several days. Well, Wayne is fine now, but it was shaky there for a minute.
Baby recently got a face tat that says “Trukfit,” the name of Weezy’s clothing line.
Birdman recently got a face tattoo with Soulja Boy as well recently. I have no face tats and am soon thinking something is wrong with me.
Oh, in addition to his Lil Wayne tat, the man known as Birdman got GTV on his face too in homage to his “Grand Touring Vodka.”

Too Short Won’t Catch A Felony On Recent Arrest
(AllHipHop News) Too Short will not catch a felony on an arrest last week which yielded drugs and a DUI.
The famed rapper was arrested Wednesday and even attempted to escape, an act caught on video. But, the arrest only produced a very small amount of the drug meth, which Too Short denied was his. Too Short does not have a felony on his record and the DA opted against felony prosecution. The case has been sent over to the L.A. City Attorney for review, accordion to TMZ.
Too Short says the drugs may have been somebody else’s that was previously in the car.
Too Short still faces misdemeanor charges.

Chopper Arrested In Vegas On Fugitive Charges
(AllHipHop News) Rapper Chopper (also known as Chopper Young City) was arrested in Las Vegas and now awaits to be extradited back to his home state of Louisiana, where the charges originated.
According to reports Chopper, real name Kevin Barnes, was in Town Square in Las Vegas partying. One of the men that he was with got into a verbal altercation and the police were called in. When they were alerted, the authorities did background checks on everybody and Chopper’s check revealed several warrants.
He’s wanted for a number of unnamed cases, the Las Vegas Sun reported. Last September, Chopper was hit with allegations of extortion, unauthorized use of a vehicle and a separate simple battery allegation.
Chopper, 28, did not receive an additional charges in Las Vegas.
At press time, Chopper was still in jail awaiting extradition back to Louisiana.
Chopper was one of several contestants on Sean “Diddy” Combs’ “Making The Band,” but has maintained relevance in music and social media.
His last tweet said “live and learn.”

RIHANNA has found a way to get back at her two-timing bad-boy beau CHRIS BROWN — by hooking up with comedian DANE COOK!
The gorgeous “We Found Love” singer and the quirky comic have been pals for years, but their friendship has heated up in recent months because Rihanna wants to show Chris that she’s still a hot commodity, say sources.Rihanna met Dane after attending one of his shows at L.A.’s Laugh Factory, and they hit it off so well that RiRi now tries to catch his act whenever she’s in town, the sources add.
“They hang out in Dane’s dressing room and sometimes he goes back to her Pacific Palisades home to party,” revealed an insider. “They flirt like crazy, and Dane regularly sends Rihanna flowers and gushy e-mails.
“Rihanna’s friends all think they’re carrying on a romance, but she’s very secretive about it. She wants to keep everyone guessing, especially Chris.”
Rihanna, 25, and Chris, 23, began dating in early 2008 but split a year later after he savagely beat her during an argument in his car. Chris was charged with felony assault. Rihanna then stunned fans in August when she admitted during an interview that Chris is “the love of her life.” By the end of 2012, the pair had reunited, but at the time Chris was still involved with aspiring fashion designer Karrueche Tran.
“Rihanna was hurt by Chris constantly cheating on her after they reconnected,” the insider continued. “he kept running back to Karrueche and also picking up groupies in nightclubs.”
Meanwhile, Dane “makes her laugh and always leaves her feeling upbeat and good about herself.”
Chris suspects there may be something going on between Rihanna and Dane, 41, and the two have gotten into “horrible screaming matches” about it. But Rihanna’s loving every minute of it, says the source.
“The only thing she likes more than male attention is drama. She loves having Dane and Chris chasing after her at the same time.”

Hip-Hop’s First Female Emcee Gets Honored At Cornell University With Afrika Bambaataa
(AllHipHop News) When Nicki Minaj was just likely just getting out of her diapers, Hip-Hop’s first female MC was spitting bars with the best rappers of the day.
Current day Hip-Hop fans may not be aware of the name, but MC Sha Rock is a step closer to getting the acclaim she deserves as Cornell University hosts an exhibit that will chart rap music in the 70’s.
The “Now Scream: The Hip-Hop Collection Exhibition” will run from April 4-7 at Cornell in Ithaca, New York. Screening films will also be included in the exhibit and highlight vintage footage of The Original Funky Four MC’s, a group that included the first female rapper.
“I am humbled and honored that the Cornell University Hip Hop Collection, will showcase the first vintage film footage that was documented and dated in 1977 by a young man’s task to complete a high school project,” Sha Rock told AllHipHop.com in a statement. The footage chronicles her as the first female MC.
This weekend also marks Africa Bambaataa’s return to Ithaca as visiting scholar. Other guests include The GZA of Wu Tang Clan, DJ Afrika Bambaataa, Grandmaster Caz, JDL of the legendary Cold Crush Brothers, and DJ Breakbeat Lou

Soulja Boy Critcized For Posting “Cough Syrup” Pics
(AllHipHop News) Rapper Soulja Boy has become the target of intense scrutiny for posting images of himself eating with chicken wings, weed and Cough Syrup as his beverage of choice.
The medicine, revered for the drug codeine, was the star of the picture posted on Instagram.
The images have since been removed from the site.
Much of the criticism stems from the rumors that Lil Wayne was hospitalized for an overdose of codeine. Soulja Boy’s alleged affinity for codeine has been rumored for a lengthy period, but the timing has cause even his fans to express discontent with him.
Blogger Miss Jia said, “Soulja Boy might as well reserve a room at Cedars Sinai.”
NY Rappers Found Guilty of Robbery Used Getaway Car in Music Video
(AllHipHop News) The name of rapper Billboard Biggs’ label should have been a clue — CrimeScene Entertainment. Biggs and two other men are featured in a music video for “The Joy”. The clip features all of the trappings of most rap videos — a big body Mercedes, wads of cash, a robbery. Now, the NYPD says that the crimes depicted in the slick music video happened in real life.
The actual crimes, prosecutors say, included a string of armed robberies in the Bronx and Westchester County, in which a group of men brandished guns and knives and stole thousands of dollars from bodega owners and deliverymen. In one 2011 robbery in Mount Vernon, N.Y., a man was shot and killed.

In total, five members of CrimeScene Entertainment have been found guilty. One of the men, Dwayne Barrett, 35, seen driving the car in the music video is suspected of driving the same car during the groups many robberies.

Gucci Mane Is Wanted By Police For Striking Soldier With Bottle
(AllHipHop News) Gucci Mane stands accused of attacking a soldier that took his picture an a recent album listening party, says a report.
The unnamed solider told Atlanta’s WSBTV that he requests to get a picture with Gucci while they both attended the rapper’s album release party. Gucci was in VIP when he asked, explaining that he was a service man.
“I’m in the military. I wanted to get a picture with Gucci Mane, is it OK?” said the solider to the security guard. “I was speaking to the security guard, and Gucci Mane hit me in the head with a bottle.”
The bottle strike caused him to be rushed to Grady Hospital, where he received 10 stitches for the wound in his head. He said he was stunned at what happened. “And as I looked at him in the shock of why, one of his friends hit me in the side of my face,” James said.
The soldier, only known as James, served in the Army in Afghanistan and came home in October. He was in Atlanta celebrating his birthday.
There is a warrant out for Gucci’s arrest, according to WSBTV.
“We do have an active warrant for Mr. Davis for aggravated assault,” said Lt. Jeff Cantin of the Atlanta Police Department. “So I’m sure after he sees this, I’m sure he’ll want to reach out and contact us.”
Rick Ross Was Armed During Shooting
(AllHipHop News)“I’m not a star/somebody lied I got a pistol in the car.”
Rick Ross may have lied about not being a correctional officer but after recent reports, his gun-wielding rep just gained some validity. According to a Fort Lauderdale Police Department report obtained by The Smoking Gun, Ross was carrying a 9mm handgun in his waistband at the time of the January 28th murder attempt on his life.

An investigator stated that the Maybach Music Group boss informed police that he was in possession of a Smith & Wesson semi-automatic gun. Ross was prepared for battle as the police report details that gun contained 12 live rounds.
This could conjure up some legal trouble for Ross due to the fact that his handgun permit was expired at the time of the shooting.
While Ross nor his passenger at the time, girlfriend Shateria Moragne-El was able to reveal much about the shooters, a few eye witnesses have helped get an idea of the sequence of events that transpired.
According to two witnesses, a BMW pulled up next to Ross’ 2011 Rolls Royce at the intersection of SE 15th Avenue/East Las Olas Blvd and opened fire on the famed rapper.
The legal trouble continues as “Freeway” Rick Ross is bringing his lawsuit against the Mastermind MC to appeals court.
On Wednesday (March 20th) a judge rejected “Freeway” Rick Ross’ claims against Warner Bros over promoting and essentially selling Rick Ross.
A main reason for the rejection was due to California’s rights of publicity statutes, which state that claims need to be made within two years of the first publication.
Rick Ross has been a signed artist since 2005 and “Freeway” Rick Ross could only press charges after he was released in prison in 2009, four years after Rick Ross’ signing.
