Jim Jones and Juelz Santana are back in the mix, and this time, they’re throwing subliminals with a twist. The ongoing tension between Jim and Cam’ron doesn’t seem to be fading, and this new development only adds fuel to the fire.

Over the weekend, Jim enlisted Juelz to appear in a video that immediately had fans clutching their pearls. At first glance, it looked like they were rocking MAGA hats. The internet, as expected, went into an uproar, with people accusing them of being “diabolical traitors.”

But hold on, folks—plot twist. Upon closer inspection, the hats didn’t say “Make America Great Again.” Instead, they read “Make Dipset Great Again.” Ah, now that’s a statement to unpack.

Dipset was already great, in my opinion. The Harlem crew revolutionized Hip-Hop fashion, slang, and style in ways that are still felt today. However, the very guys who helped build the iconic brand apparently feel like something is missing. Cam’ron, the Dipset frontman, has been leaning more into his media bag alongside former rival-turned-co-host Mase on “It Is What It Is.” The sports talk show has been wildly successful, raking in big numbers (and money!) It seems like Jim and Juelz feel Dipset’s music legacy is what really needs to be brought to the front.

Is Cam even interested in this Dipset revival? I think the Verzuz killed all that. From the looks of it, he’s thriving in his new lane. Plus, let’s not forget that he and Jim have had on-again, off-again issues for years. Cam hasn’t exactly been enthusiastic about rekindling the rap group. I also think he blames Jim for the Verzuz debacle.

This latest stunt could be a strategic chess move from Jim to pull Cam into some mess. Will Cam’ron take the bait? Will he dust off the pink fur and step back in the booth? Or will he just laugh it off on his show and keep it pushing? Either way, Dipset drama never gets old. Stay tuned.
