Police have revealed that there has is no evidence of organized dog fighting against rapper DMX and that so far, tests conducted by police in Arizona have come back inconclusive.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio revealed that police examined the carcasses of three buried dogs found on the rapper’s property during an August 24 raid of his Cave Creek, Arizona home.
Police found 13 malnourished dogs living in the rapper’s home after neighbors complained about the animals treatment.
In addition to being locked in their cages for 23-hours a day, police said the animals were severely malnourished, lacking adequate food, water and shade, in temperatures of over 110 degrees.
DMX has been traveling internationally since the raid and has denied any wrong doing, claiming he hired a caretaker to watch after the dogs while he was on tour.
No charges have been filed against DMX, but police continue their investigation.
