      You not feeling that album?

      • Frank

I want to. I love The Roots. I’m from outside Philly. But it’s like track 6 before you here a Black verse. Porns shit was lacking all over the album. Raw held it down but was so little of em.

Thing is I love when they drop some knowledge or do some concept shit. Even putting Nina Simone on there. But what was it? It felt random but maybe I need to sit and run through the whole thing. Even Black Thoughts lyrics are either bs or cryptic and I haven’t figured them out.

The Roots need to put a percentage of rap on each album when they release it. Black Rock don’t count.

Ok I gotcha. When I listen to it again ill take your points in to consideration as well. I just let my phone play on random. I need to put it on and listen straight through.
