“Hit The Quan”: iLoveMemphis And Silento Kick Off “Lets Dance Tour”

ILOVEMEMPHIS AND SILENTO ARE COMING TO A CITY NEAR YOU!

(AllHipHop News) Recently  “Hit The Quan” rapper iLoveMemphis announced the release of his highly anticipated debut EP, The Turn Up Kid and a new tour with fellow dancing rapper Silento.

The brand new 6-song EP is produced by his hometown Memphis, TN producer Buck Nasty and includes the party anthem “Milly Rock” as well as the previously unreleased “Problems,” “WCW” and “Instagram Girl.”

The Turn Up Kid EP is a project released on RECORDS/Rush Hour/Palm Tree Entertainment and is an iTunes and Apple Music first week exclusive.

For those unfamiliar with RECORDS as an imprint unusual or unclear about it rather straightforward moniker, RECORDS is a partnership between music vet and executive Barry Weiss (Island/Def Jam, Jive/Zomba) and SONGS Music Publishing.

According to Billboard, the RECORDS roster also houses Nelly, while SONGS is home to artist/songwriters The Weeknd, Diplo and Lorde.

“I can’t tell you what a blessing this past year has been,” says iLoveMemphis. “This project is something special I’d like to give my fans who have supported me. I wanted to show a different side of me so I also added some singing records… anyone who knows me, knows we always have a good time and dance it out. If my success can inspire someone out there to go and try to do something new and different, then it’s all worth it.”

iLoveMemphis’ song “Hit the Quan” was certified Platinum last year in December by the RIAA.

Be sure to tune into MTV’s upcoming 8th season of “Nick Cannon Presents: Wild ‘N Out” for a special performance of “Hit The Quan” and “Lean and Dabb.”
