Fans Start #KanyeWestForSuperBowl51 Online Campaign; Change.org Petition Launched

(AllHipHop News) After vocal superstar Adele revealed she turned down an opportunity to perform at Super Bowl LI in Houston, music fans began suggesting other acts to take the stage at the Big Game next February.

One name that is being pushed on Twitter is Kanye West.

Social media users started the trending hashtag #KanyeWestForSuperBowl51. The “Famous” rapper has yet to address the online campaign.

Perhaps his followers will take their actions a step further and start an official petition to the NFL like OutKast devotees’ proposal for the Atlanta duo to be the halftime entertainment at Super Bowl LIII.

UPDATE:

Brian Sporman has started a Change.org petition in order to convince NFL officials to select Kanye West for the Super Bowl LI halftime show.

The description on the website reads:

You can say what you want about Kanye West but…. One thing you can’t say is that he’s not one of the best performers of ALL TIME! Adele said she doesn’t want to do this years super bowl halftime show and who is better for the job than Kanye West? If you don’t believe me go on YouTube and watch his past performances. If you pick Kanye for the half time show you can guarantee the performance of a lifetime @NFL! So everyone join me and sign the petition to make Kanye the Super Bowl 51 halftime performer!
