A video featuring rapper Papoose has come under fire from the Bedford-Stuyvesant Volunteer Ambulance Corps. (BSVAC).

The New York Daily News reports that legal action is being planned against the Brooklyn rapper, because of his the video for his single "Ambulance.”

The clip, which has amassed 80,000 hits on YouTube.com, features Papoose rapping about rival Leonard "Uncle Murda" Grant.

The video, which was directed by Jordan Tower Films, opens with a gunshot and a piercing scream, then shows two paramedics frantically working on a bleeding man in an ambulance.

Papoose is featured exiting the ambulance, while an EMT worker runs to work on a gunshot victim, presumed to be Uncle Murda, the subject of the diss record.

BSVAC founder Rocky Robinson alleges that Papoose tricked him into allowing an ambulance and his paramedics to be part of the project.

"His people told us the video would be about the neighborhood and how we respond to save lives," Robinson told the Daily News. "We don't want to be a part of something where somebody gets hurt."

Representatives for Papoose were not available as of press time.
