If it's a classic then it will be a classic I'll miss.  His rhymes are weak and his image is tired.  He lost me completely with his last cd.  I even bought his mixtapes but it was garbage. I completely co-sign your comment.  The people who are screaming they will buy "Cheaper Than Rap," are just nut jobs trying to get a rise out of people; or Ross interns working at Slip N Slide.  Slip N Slid paid big money to post banners here, so it is not unlikely the interns would post support for Ross.

Think about it.  Most kids today have Ipods.  Ross music is free and it is digital.  Even if you wanted an actual CD, you could download it, burn a CD and print out the art work.  There is no way anybody would pay for something free in this economy, unless they say I can sell them the Brooklyn Bridge.

It doesn't make sense.  The only way this guy can make money is if he is indeed a drug dealer.  He would have to pull a scam like Baby, Master P and many other lame labels that are laundering money.  So Ross would do this.

1.  Set up a  few dummy companis to buy wholesale from the distributer, in this case Universal who would wholesale the records to sub distributers.   Like companies that market to retail outlets and the Internet.

2.  In Ross's case, if he is a real drug dealer looking to launder money, he will follow the business model of Cash Money Records, No Limit and Ace Capone's Take Down Records.

3.  Upon setting up the fraudulent distribution outfits.  Ross would buy all the stock and scan all the UPC codes and upload the information to Neilson Ratings and Scantron.

4.  Ross would make deposits of drug money into accounts that were set up in the name of the fraudulent distributers that are scanning the UPC codes of CDs that have no CDs in the case, just the same UPC scan over and over.

5. Ross would set up downloads from fraudulent music download sites and/or pay the sites operators to fudge the numbers.  

6. Ross would take all the data under his Maybach label to the mother label, Def Jam and pay then off with a brief case full of laundered drug money (this is Ross own words, not mine, he is the one who said he was a drug dealer)

7. Def Jam would go to Universal and pay them off with a briefcase full of laundered drug money and turn in the falsified scan sheets.  Just like Take Down Records, No Limit, Cash Money (hey, baby and Master P are self proclaimed criminals, they tell on themselves on Youtube, just like Ace Copone, Jim Jones and the rest, so It is not me, it is them who is saying this, just like the jack asses at the BMF)

8. Once all the falsified numbers are in and all the crooked A&Rs are paid off and the radio stations as well as the bloggers are in receipt of Payola, the reports are released.

9. Ross then receives the legitimate royalty checks minus, producer's fees, artist guest appearance fees, promotion fees and that fee from that fake tour which is really his scheme to pick up and deliver all the cocaine and money (hey, Ross is sining about it, so he is telling on himself, not me.)

10. Ross goes platinum, but nobody actually has a "purchased" record.  Yet it is being played on the radio from payola and every fan has it because he gave it away free, so it all looks legit.  You hear the music, you see Ross, he is paid, the evil A&Rs are paid and all the kids turn to a life of crime selling drugs and killing each other because Ross made it cool.  This way, the fake dick riders, who are really Ross interns, look good. Everybody wins in this perfect plan that Master P, Baby, No Limit, 1 & 15th Entertainment (Lupe) BMF, Take Down, Black Wall Street and many others have worked with some even beating the system.

I'm from Miami. I was never too big on Rick Ross prior to the mess he created with 50 and the CO thing been on the streets down here before he blew up and I was shown the graduation pic. Did I care? No because hip-hop has gotten soft and people nowadays are ultra-forgivable except Jews and GAYS (They will put you on blast and destroy your career). I never take HIP-HOP serious because we all should know better that lyrics are highly exaggerated to attract public interest. Ross does know how to pick beats. He is actually spitting flames right now. I bought Trilla off iTunes and only listen to 4 songs. 50 doesn't need it nor asked for this beef but he's illustrated as the bad guy.
