...dunno what hospital u were in but my girl had 1 and i was aloud in there. 1st time i heard of that 1. So if u cant be in there for birth cuz of a c-section then guess if ya'll have anymore kids u wont be witnessing any of there births either lol cuz once u have a c-section u have to have one each time u have a kid after that.

the same thing happened to me actually my daughter was born on a thursday, I wasnt notified until sunday. that was supposed to had been the best day of my life especially being my first child, but in light of it all I just made sure my daughter is my first priority regardless of what happens. GOD says to take care of your seed no matter what, so if your child's mother is doing things that are not in your best interest to you let that go and just be the best father you can be. in the end it will all work out. nothing makes you feel better than to hear your child call you daddy and thats what keeps me sane. its very hard to hold off with the frustration and anger I just try  to use that negative and turn it in to positive so to everybody who is going through the DRAMA keep your head up and it will all get better in due time YA DIG. pats on the back and recognition for being a father is all good but in some situations it is good to hear those things because most of the time all yo hear about is deadbeat dads and fatherless childs. there arent too many stories about the fathers who are trying. its easier to not be a father than to be one.

I'm a father. I don't need any credit for being a father to my daughter.... It's bad he didn't get to see his son born; but he will get over it..... He got his whole lifetime to be with his son and watch him grow.....

Thats fucked all up. I remember the birth of my two. I was crying like a baby in the hospital holding them. The best moments of my life ,and for him to be denied that is one of the coldest things you can do. I feel bad for nas. I can't imagine not being able to see my babies come to life. My kids calmed me down in so many ways. already taught em how to fish. Birth is the biggest moment you can have with them.  some women know how to hit a man i tell u.

Real Talk I understand where she is coming from. Childbirth is an incredibly stressful experience. The one thing that you have to do is try to remain calm, not just for yourself but for the health of the baby. We don't know exactly what happened with them, but obviously his actions dictated her deciding that he didn't need to be there for the birth. Sometimes it happens like that, black women or white women. Incidentally, all those men talking about how Baby Mamas aren't shit and other derogatory terms, that is an unfair generalization and incredibly disrespectful to whatever woman gave birth to your children. It's so easy to talk shit when you aren't the ones doing the labor, the 3 am feedings, and all of the other stuff that women have to do.

If the story is true then that was bullshit!!! We know sooo many people who say they're father was never there. I witnessed the birth of my godson. I was in a place HIS father should've been.  You have a man who wanted to be there and you shut him out? I know there are hard feelings in a divorce but somethings such as that should put those ill feelings aside for at least that 1 day.
