(AllHipHop News) To the untrained eye, Cipha Sounds is an opinionated, hilarious DJ and radio personality who will say anything. However, the 36 year old man born Luis Diaz has recently immersed himself in the improvisational comedy circuit, honing his skills with the famous Upright Citizen Brigade (UCB). On March 29th, he merged his two worlds of Hip Hop and improv comedy together in a new comedy series “Take It Personal” with Hip Hop legend N.O.R.E (or P.A.P.I.) providing stories. Masturbation, new ways to use Bibles and more were covered in this hilarious event.
Here’s a video recap of the show:
Following the show, AllHipHop interviewed N.O.R.E and Cipha Sounds along with the UCB cast of comedians Abra Tabak, Anthony Atamanuik, Chris Gethard, Phil Jackson, and Brandon Gardner.
The next Take It Personal event is scheduled for April 26th and promises to have a surprising Hip Hop guest.
