Joey Bada$$: April 7th Is Officially The New Global Hip Hop Appreciation Day

(AllHipHop News) April 7, 2017 could be a big day for Hip Hop fans.

Kendrick Lamar’s recent song, “The Heart Part 4,” left the impression the TDE emcee is ready to return with his next studio album on that date.

April 7 is also the date Joey Bada$$ is dropping his sophomore studio album All-Amerikkkan Bada$$.

On Instagram, the Brooklyn spitter declared 4/7 as “the new global Hip Hop appreciation day.”

Other rap stars scheduled to release projects on the same day include Tech N9ne (Dominion) and 2 Chainz (Pretty Girls Like Trap Music).

So far this year, Hip Hop acts have accounted for 56% of the albums to hit the#1 spot on the Billboard 200.

Migos’ Culture, Big Sean’s I Decided, Future’s FUTURE and HNDRXX, and Drake’s More Life have each topped the chart in 2017.

Seeing human thought transformed into physical manifestation is something that will never cease to blow my mind.
