Megan Thee Stallion is fighting back after being hit with a lawsuit seeking more than $1.2 million in alleged unpaid wardrobe and styling fees. The Meg argued that the invoices at the center of the dispute are riddled with questionable, unverifiable charges.
The Houston rapper is being sued in Los Angeles County Superior Court by stylist Eric Archibald and his company Six K. The lawsuit alleges that Megan and several of her business entities failed to pay for wardrobe services provided between January 2024 and August 2025.

According to the complaint, Archibald was hired to oversee styling for a range of appearances and events tied to the Grammy-winning artist. The plaintiffs claim they submitted invoices to Megan’s affiliated companies from January 2025 through January 2026 and that each invoice was backed by deal memos allegedly acknowledged through email correspondence.
Court filings state that the total amount owed is a whopping $1,243,501.98.
Among the documents cited in the lawsuit is an itemized bill connected to the inaugural Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York City. The styling memo reportedly totaled $53,800 and included charges for preparation days, assistants and multiple gowns worn during the event.
Archibald and Six K claim they spent nearly two years attempting to collect payment before resorting to legal action.
“Despite the fact that Six K has made numerous and unsuccessful attempts to resolve payment over the course of the last two years, there is still no imminent direction towards settlement between the parties,” the complaint alleges.
The lawsuit also claims that the unpaid balance has created professional and personal hardships, particularly because some of the money allegedly owed is tied to third-party vendors.
But Megan is not backing down.
In a statement provided to PEOPLE, the rapper rejected the allegations and accused Archibald’s team of presenting questionable billing records uncovered during an internal review.
“My finance team conducted a comprehensive audit of Eric Archibald’s wardrobe expenses and uncovered fraudulent invoices, unsupported charges, and styling shipments tied to addresses that could not be verified. Those findings raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of expenses that we repeatedly tried to resolve privately with Eric’s team. Rather than address the issues from the audit, Eric and his team chose to file a lawsuit. The facts are on our side and I won’t be coerced into paying charges that can’t be substantiated.”
Courtroom disputes have followed Megan throughout her career. AllHipHop will continue to report on this matter as it develops.
