EXCLUSIVE: Turk Addresses Reported Lil Wayne, Mannie Fresh & Juvenile Joint Album

(AllHipHop News) Today (January 12) AllHipHop.com broke the story that Mannie Fresh and Juvenile claimed they are currently working on a joint album with Lil Wayne. The reported reunion between the three Cash Money Records affiliates did not include any mention of former CMR rapper Turk.

AllHipHop.com spoke with Turk about the supposed collaborative LP, and the YNT leader wants the world to know he is not involved with any album from the trio. In fact, Turk would not confirm whether the project is even in the works.

“People can stop hitting me up about any album. I don’t have nothing to do with that,” says Turk. “I’m focused on my movement and what I’m doing. But, like I’ve always said, there can’t be a Hot Boys reunion without B.G.”

B.G. – the fourth member of the Hot Boys with Turk, Wayne, and Juvenile – is currently incarcerated. He was sentenced to 14 years in a federal prison for gun possession and witness tampering in 2012.

Before B.G. was locked up, the Hot Boys released numerous records in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. The group’s 1999 album Guerrilla Warfare sold over 1 million copies and spawned the Mannie Fresh produced hits “We On Fire” and “I Need A Hot Girl.”

At the moment, Turk is promoting his own solo single “UGGHHH.” As far as the LP from Weezy, Juve, and Mannie, Turk is taking a wait and see approach.

“I look forward to hearing that first single,” adds Turk about the presumed joint LP.

Undoubtedly that topic will be depicted within this feature film. During the time that Tupac spent at Death Row Records Marion “Suge” Knight was started out as one of its co-founders. Knights legacy of abrasive actions have left quite the impression on Hip-Hop. So, who has been cast to fill Knight’s signature blood red suit?

In a photo that been circulating the internet, Demetrius Shipp, Jr — who has been confirmed to play 2Pac in the film — is seen pictured with none other than E.D.I. Mean and Young Noble. Another emerging actor is also seen in that photograph. Dominic L. Santana, who in the past has earned work as an extra on One Tree Hill, is purportedly playing Suge, this according to 93.5 KDAY’s Facebook page.

“The actor playing Suge Knight in the Tupac biopic “All Eyez On Me” was revealed in a pic posted by his fellow cast members. Dominic L. Santana is Suge Knight in Tupac Biopic ‘All Eyez On Me,'” so read the Facebook post.

As the saying goes, ‘If it’s on the ‘Book it’s got to be true.’ Does Santana and Suge physically favor?

Danai Gurira Of 'The Walking Dead' Set to Play Afeni Shakur in 2Pac Biopic

(AllHipHop News) Morgan Creek films’ Tupac Shakur biopic is being directed by Benny Boom. The anticipated feature, All Eyez On Me, has recently cast Danai Gurira, to portray the legendary lyricist’s mother, Afeni Shakur.  Currently filming is underway in Atlanta.  Gurira is set to join Demetrius Shipp, JR , who has been chosen to play 2Pac, this according to Deadline.

On the small screen, Danai who stars in The Walking Dead has received demonstrative praise for bringing to life, Michonne. The acclaimed actress will now be challenged to convey that same fervor in her début feature film. Afeni Shakur possesses the entrenched complexity of a Black Panther, political activist, and mother. In addition, Ms. Shakur is also an executive producer on this project. This may serve to help Gurira absorb some of Afenia’s characteristics.

Covering such subjects as the now infamous East Coast / West Coast feud, the tenure at Death Row Records, the controversial imprisonment, and prolific rise to stardom as a Hip-Hop MC and respected actor, the film All Eyez On Me has the opportunity to be a poignant biopic.

The question is will Danai Gurira stand out?

EXCLUSIVE: Lil Mama Talks Challenging Nicki Minaj & Male Rappers (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) Lil Mama had people wondering if she fired shots at Nicki Minaj on her song “Too Fly.” AllHipHop.com spoke with the Brooklyn native about the track and why some fans take issue with female rappers when they compete with each other lyrically, but don’t have a problem when male emcees clash on records.

“You gotta challenge each other. It’s not a demographic thing as far as male or female. It’s about a demographic of rap,” says Mama. “If you’re a part of this sport, you gotta be down for the get down. It’s no sex separation.”

While Mama does not specifically address whether the Trinidad-born Minaj was the intended target of “Too Fly” (despite lines such as “If I was born in Trini and moved to the States, with the rage I make, I woulda got deported”), the former America’s Best Dance Crew judge does make it clear she was throwing down the gauntlet to any would-be rap competitors.

Mama later adds, “Shots fired, all the time, when it comes to those type of songs.”

After receiving the news from a friend, the “I’m Different” entertainer hopped on social media to address the issue. In the past, Mr. 4 Bracelets explained to MTV his personal meaning behind T.R.U. He said, “T.R.U. is an acronym for the real university. It’s actually a school of thought that I came up with. It’s about being an individual — being comfortable in your own skin — you know, doing things in the community. Giving back, being a provider, et cetra, it’s all about being true and being true to yourself.”

While secluded in a dark room with a star-filled ceiling 2 Chainz addressed the C-Murder track. In a video posted to his Instagram Tity Boi boasted“My partner just notified me that C-Murder made a diss song about me,” he said before adding, “That’s hard as f*ck; C-Murder always been hard as f*ck.” As the quick video moves along he is seen smoking while singing along to The Stylistics‘ “You Are Everything.”

Did 2 Chainz eloquently handle the diss from C-Murder?

Rapper Claims Tyga's 14-Year-Old Accuser Messaged Him Lying About Her Age

Photo via Tyga’s Instagram

Recently lawyer Gloria Allred held a joint press conference with 14-year-old aspiring singer/model Molly O’Malia. O’Malia claimed to be bothered by OK Magazine bringing negative attention to her and her career by linking her to Tyga. She claimed Tyga relentlessly text her and asked her to FaceTime him 3 times, and this combined made her uncomfortable. Tyga’s manager, Anthony Martini, says Tyga only reached out because of his interest in O’Malia’s singing ability, and he asked her to call him on FaceTime so he could hear her sing and further discuss working together. Tyga could’ve been telling the truth, or it could’ve been a great cover-up. To Tyga’s defense, a rapper by the name of Bobo claims the same 14-year-old sent him DMs claiming she was 18-years-old and asking him,

“What do I have to do to get your attention?”

Because of Tyga’s relationship with Kylie Jenner when she was under 18, people automatically assume he definitely would’ve took it there with the 14-year-old. However, you have to wonder was this an orchestrated publicity stunt?

Wells Fargo & Cops Say Blac Youngsta Didn't Have An Account Or $200K!

Photo via Blac Youngsta’s Instagram

Recently Yo Gotti’s artist Blac Youngsta said that the police detained him because he was getting $200,000 out of the bank. Blac said he’s worth $1.3 million, and they couldn’t believe he was black and had $200K on him. Apparently the reason he was detained because the officers had received a description of a suspect from a 911 call from the bank, and the description was “limited and conflicting,” about someone who wrote a bad/bogus check.

Apparently there is more to the story. It’s been said that Wells Fargo said Blac Youngsta doesn’t even have an account at Wells Fargo, he didn’t enter the branch, and he didn’t make any withdrawals, and the police are saying he had $70K not $200K. It has also been said the money he had came from his manager’s account, not his. Apparently, Blac was only detained because it was a case of mistaken identity. It looks like Blac Youngsta made up his story or exaggerated the truth for a publicity stunt. These rappers man!

Rick Ross' Ex & New Girl Trade Subliminal Shots

Photo via Rick Ross’ Instagram

Rick Ross’s ex Lira Galore and his new girls have been going at it on social media. One of the new women Ross has been linked to is a stripper that goes by the name Skraberry. Skraberry has been saying she has been doing everything with the “boss,” and when we say everything, we mean everything. Skraberry took to her Twitter to tweet,

“When yo n*gga ex “fiance” come in the club & leave with the lil’ n*gga she was f*ckin before her ex fiance. I got a story for the blogs!!” I’m gonna say this once & I won’t repeat myself. MF’ers better tighten the f*ck up!!!!”

Lira must have gotten wind of the shots as she tweeted,

“Comin at me never worked no matter who tried… my earings a jag, I mean a real jag #FreeGuwop.”

We know Lira is still in love with Rozay, and Skraberry has no chill, so we don’t know how this will end.
