Hell, I hope it is real!

Rick Ross had been accused of pistol whipping and beating his groundskeeper and he has finally broken his silence about the matter, saying he feels that 50 Cent is behind the matter, TMZ reports.
Rozay claims that he never laid a finger on the man, named Jonathan Zamudio, who also filed a lawsuit against him for the assault.
The Black Dollar rapper says that Zamudio called 911 three hours after the incident and didn’t sound like a man who had been brutally beaten. In fact, Zamudio never mentioned being pistol whipped or assaulted during the call. Ross believes that 50 Cent is the one behind Zamudio’s lies. He believes that this is 50’s way of getting revenge because he had to award the mother of Ross’ child $7 million in a lawsuit after it was ruled that he posted a sextape of her on his website with malicious intent.

(AllHipHop News) During his latest interview with The Breakfast Club, The Game mentioned that he once was tempted to assault radio host Star over something that took place with DJ Envy. The rapper/reality show star said, “I told him, ‘I’ll break your jaw dude. Envy is my dog. I’m still gonna break his jaw when I see him.”
Star got wind of Game’s comments and fired back in a video blog. The Shot 97 personality claims he and Game have never met or spoken. Star went on to say the issues between the two actually have nothing to do with Envy.
“That’s not really what he’s tight about, and he is tight. An old associate of mine – and I’m gonna even say we became friends – Jimmy Henchman… Jimmy and I had tension once upon a time over that Aaliyah situation,” explained Star. “In fact, Jimmy Henchman is the only person to ever step to me about song effects I played when Aaliyah died.”
According to Star, he visited James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond’s office, and they were able to settle their differences. Rosemond, a convicted drug kingpin, was also Game’s manager during the height of his feud with 50 Cent and G-Unit. Apparently, Henchman wanted Game to appear on Star’s radio program at that time, but Star declined.
“At that particular point I said, ‘I don’t want to be responsible for something that pops off if this kid comes on my show and ignites something,'” added Star.
He continued, “I passed letting Game come on my show, and that’s what Game’s tight about. The fact the hater, Star, rejected him. It wasn’t so much because 50 and I were cool. I just felt The Game was a f*cking hot head who could have reignited this East Coast-West Coast feud that took down 2Pac and Biggie.”
Star later gives his side of the beef he has with DJ Envy, stating it stemmed from a conflict with Clear Channel. The outspoken internet celebrity said, “Envy’s tight because I never gave him sh*t. I gave him my d*ck to suck then. I give him my d*ck to suck now.”
(AllHipHop News) It has been over a year since Drake has done an interview for a magazine cover story, but the OVO leader let down his guard for a new article in The Fader. The lengthy piece included the most talked about Hip Hop story of the summer – Drizzy’s battle with Meek Mill. The “Back To Back” rhymer also finally addressed the Quentin Miller ghostwriting allegations.
On finding out about the Quentin Miller reference tracks leaking:
I was at a charity kickball game—which we won, by the way—and my brother called me. He was just like, “I don’t know if you’re aware, but, yo, they’re trying to end us out here. They’re just spreading, like, propaganda. Where are you? You need to come here.” So we all circled up at the studio, and sat there as Flex went on the air, and these guys flip-flopped [about how] they were gonna do this, that, and the third.
On Meek’s perceived lack of strategy:
You guys are gonna leave this for me to do? This is how you want to play it? You guys didn’t think this through at all—nobody? You guys have high-ranking members watching over you. Nobody told you that this was a bad idea, to engage in this and not have something? You’re gonna engage in a conversation about writing music, and delivering music, with me? And not have anything to put forth on the table?
On his “Back To Back” response track:
I was like, “I’m gonna probably just finish this.” And I know how I have to finish it. This has to literally become the song that people want to hear every single night, and it’s gonna be tough to exist during this summer when everybody wants to hear [this] song that isn’t necessarily in your favor.
On the reference tracks and ghostwriting accusations:
I need, sometimes, individuals to spark an idea so that I can take off running. I don’t mind that. And those recordings—they are what they are. And you can use your own judgment on what they mean to you…
There’s not necessarily a context to them. And I don’t know if I’m really here to even clarify it for you…
If I have to be the vessel for this conversation to be brought up—you know, God forbid we start talking about writing and references and who takes what from where—I’m OK with it being me…
It’s just, music at times can be a collaborative process, you know? Who came up with this, who came up with that—for me, it’s like, I know that it takes me to execute every single thing that I’ve done up until this point. And I’m not ashamed.
(AllHipHop News) Last year Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder Dame Dash was on a personal mission to call out individuals in the music business he believed to be “culture vultures.” Dame’s list of people he accused of using Hip Hop simply for profit included Lyor Cohen, the former head of Def Jam Recordings.
“I want him to stop trying to rape my culture. Go make some money with some other people,” Dame said at the time. “Stop having your agenda be Hip Hop.”
The business mogul also claimed Cohen was the cause of the fall of Roc-A-Fella. Dame challenged the media to question him and other label heads such as Kevin Liles, Julie Greenwald, and Todd Moscowitz about their roles in changing Hip Hop.
The longtime industry insider has finally given a rare interview. Cohen was a guest on the Rap Radar podcast, and the current 300 Entertainment (Fetty Wap, Young Thug) executive addressed Dame referring to him as a “culture vulture.”
Cohen said:
It actually doesn’t bother me. It would bother me if it came from a credible source. If it’s a credible source, then we can have a conversation and actually have a discussion. If someone thinks something about me that I may have done to offend them or hurt them or do something they misunderstand, then we’ll have a dialogue. We’ll communicate and get to an understanding and move on, or not. But I can’t give any light to that. It’s a clown right now.

In an exclusive interview, Lux was asked for his thoughts on the two veteran song makers’ decision to step into the battle arena. The Harlem native offered some advice to Murray and Starr by reminding them that things did not turn out well when another “industry rapper” went up against a professional battle rapper unprepared.
“I know what they do over them beats and that music, but listen man – I tell people the battle game’s like the fight game. You gotta come ready to work,” says Lux. “If you’re playing and you ain’t prepared, then it’s gonna show. You see what happened when Canibus tried to come through.”
The Keith Murray versus Fredro Starr battle is scheduled for October 4 at Brooklyn’s Milk River. Tickets are available at mcwars.com. AllHipHop.com will also broadcast the event live.
(AllHipHop News) With police brutality being a national news story for over a year and the 2016 presidential campaign dominating coverage, some Hip Hop artists have used their status to address social/political issues. According to Kxng Crooked I, more rappers need to step up and speak on the things taking place in America today.
“I just hate the way that Black rappers are scared to talk about what’s going on in America,” said Crooked. “They’re so tune into syrup, pills, weed, cars, women. If you take those subject matters away from them, they don’t rap about sh*t.”
The Slaughterhouse member also mentioned he is thinking about no longer using the word “n*gga.” In Crooked’s view, non-Black people are over abusing the n-word.
“When I say I don’t think you should say that, they say ‘well, you say it’.’ You Know what? I have to give some kind of credit to that comment,” explained Crooked.

“Khloé’s just a really good friend. Before you guys knew her as ‘Khloé Kardashian,’ she was just like the tomboy Kardashian. She was cool. She would come hangout with us and chill. It was never about that.”

“It’s a real good body of work. I didn’t start saying it was a classic til the powers that be – I played it for the Diddys, Sways, and Dr. Dres. They were saying that,” stated Game. “Once I got finished with the album and I listened all the way through, I thought it was a pretty good body of work and that it could be called a classic.”

(AllHipHop News) The writers of the hit Fox series Empire decided to throw the real life “beef” between 50 Cent and Taraji P. Henson into the show’s script. Late last year, 50 accused the Hip Hop soap opera of stealing from his own Starz drama Power. Henson (who plays Cookie Lyon on Empire) playfully fired back at the Queens rapper/actor on Twitter.
Then on last night’s season 2 premiere of Empire, the character Cookie took a shot at 5-0, calling the G-Unit boss “thirsty.” Of course Fiddy decided to address Cookie’s comments.
“I can’t believe Cookie would say some sh*t like that about me. Thirsty? Me thirsty? Come on, you stupid?” 50 can be heard saying in a video.
He added, “Me and Cookie go way back. You know I hit that.”
