But they say he’s getting out of jail soon and in anticipation of his release Electric Circus is launching TheBurrprint.com, the fresh go-to digital art tribute and portal for everything GUCCI MANE on Tumblr.

ForteBowie “chanelofhouston (Just Too Much)”

Dismissing the fine-tuned, yet ever evolving artistry of ForteBowie to simply classify him as “just another rapper” from the south side of Atlanta would be flagrantly inaccurate and naïve, at the very least. Honing in his skills as a singer, songwriter, rapper, and producer, the self-taught artist of Cameroonian descent continues to create a seamless sound that transcends genre divisions and inspires genuine lovers of music. His eclectic sound results from musical influences such as Phil Collins, Michael Jackson, Prince, Sting, OutKast, and Sade, among others. Forte’s wide array of inspirations merge to create a style that is uniquely his own.

Sheesh – this is def going to be a project to check for.

While showing both the good and bad that Las Vegas has to offer, JR Castro’s radio ready “Get Home” uses Faith Evan’s Classic “Soon As I Get Home” as inspiration and will definitely be lighting up radio airwaves this summer.

Chevy Woods Ft. DeJ Loaf – “All Said And Done”

With Taylor Gang rapper Chevy Woods’ “All Said And Done” video, a powerful visual follows the storyline of the song – Chevy is reflecting on a relationship between he and a friend, dissecting the ways in which their lives went in different directions. Joined by DeJ Loaf, scenes at a graveyard and inside a prison depict the presumption of death and jail being a common outcome for people raised in areas such as Hazelwood, the impoverished community of Pittsburgh where Chevy was raised.

Although his family is still rooted in the area (his mom still stays there), music and touring pulled Chevy Woods out of the streets and away from the negative influences that were surrounding him. As seen in the “All Said And Done” video, which debuted via i-D, not all of Chevy’s friends were as fortunate and ready/willing to pursue alternative opportunities, as the friend in the video expresses remorse while contemplating the stress, regret, and struggle of his situation. “All Said And Done” is the lead single from Chevy’s The 48 Hunnid Project, which releases August 7th.

Young Egypt ft. Migos – “Can’t Believe”

After jumping on a Migos song yesterday and having worked behind the scenes as a producer and songwriter the past few years with major artists such as Lil Wayne, French Montana, Waka Flocka Flame, and Gucci Mane amongst others, Young Egypt steps out with his artist debut on the instantly catchy self produced “Can’t Believe,” ft. Migos. Born in North Carolina and raised in Orlando, the singer spent his summers with family in Egypt. It is his Egyptian heritage and time there that he credits for developing the soul and vibe of his music.
