CEO Of Top Dawg Entertainment Responds To Ab-Soul Threatening To Leak Album

(AllHipHop News) Top Dawg Entertainment has marketed themselves as a close knit group, grassroots-centric Hip Hop collective. However, today (May 2nd) proved to test that with TDE’s CEO responding to Ab-Soul’s threats of leaking his major label debut album.

Yesterday (May 1st), Ab-Soul released a message on his personal Twitter account stating that he may leak his debut album. Earlier today (May 2nd), TDE’s CEO Dangeroo Kipawaa went to his own personal Twitter account to squash the possibility of an album leak from Soul from happening:

On his personal Instagram account, Nelly posted a picture of a long message detailing why himself and Floyd Mayweather were never really friends.According to Nelly, outside of the occasional chance meeting at clubs around America, him and Mayweather never had any communication. Nelly claims they never exchanged phone numbers, had lunch or any of the normal activities that friends would partake in. Nelly claims Mayweather never even invited him to a fight, however Mayweather did spend quality time with someone close to Nelly:

Floyd could be confusing his relationship with me with his relationship with my ex with whom he has exchanged numbers and has flown personally to attend his weekend in Michigan which I wasn’t invited to (guess I wasn’t in the circle of friends then lol)

Nelly then toook to his personal Twitter account to imply that infuriating Mayweather was “to easy”:

Is this the CHAMP…..???? Hahahahhahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahshshshshshahahahaha ….. To easy.. !!! IT WAS JUST BASKETBALL GAME..!LMAO

EXCLUSIVE: Cyhi The Prince Explains How Kanye West's Cultural Responsibility Limits His Lyrics + More (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) One of the most outspoken members of Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music label is Cyhi Tha Prince. Speaking EXCLUSIVELY with AllHipHop, Cyhi discusses how Kanye West’s cultural responsibilities limits his lyrics, how Hip Hop is returning to a main focus on lyricism and more.

Kanye West’s summer of 2013 can be summed up succinctly with one word: rants. Whether it was towards Nike CEO Mark Parker, Sway Calloway or even Hip Hop itself, West made sure his opinion was heard. According to Cyhi, West’s mindset when making Yeezus was geared towards presenting a message rather than lyrical feats:

A lot of rappers could use the whole dictionary. They could kill a n*gga on one bar. They could ride in a Lambo on the next bar. Be in the G4 on the next bar. Then back at a club on the next bar. Then sold 20 bricks on this bar. I got a plethora of words and a plethora of imagination to work with. When you have a responsibility, ALLLLLLLL of that shrinks and you have to work with these words. How Kanye can make these little bitty word bigger than all of the words you used.

Ever since he snuck his way onto Kanye West’s “So Appalled” posse cut, Cyhi’s lyrical ability has been undeniable and his latest project Hystori is further evidence. Cyhi says, the Hip Hop landscape is shifting and uses a clever sports analogy to explain where the game is now heading:

More artists like Kanye, your Kendrick’s, your J. Cole’s, we’re getting to that. The Joey Bada$$. Those type of artsits still remember that. So, I feel like it’s fairly coming back to that now and that’s why I want to say “ok, y’all playing basketball again. Y’all were playing football and all this other stuff. I was never really that good. Y’all dropping bars now? Ok, I can play.

Suge Knight: I Didn't Kill Tupac Because Tupac Is Not Dead (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) We can either chalk this one up to intoxicated humor, intoxicated truth or just Suge Knight messing with the world. In a recent interview, Knight alleges that Tupac has not died.

In the interview, Knight references Dexter Issac’s 2011 admission of shooting Tupac at New York City’s Quad Studios in 1994 when reasoning why Tupac’s murder still being unsolved as being curious. According to Suge, the real reason Tupac’s murder has not been arrested is because there is no murderer to catch:

Why you think no one’s been arrested when they said they killed Tupac? It’s not just the snitching, be smart. Because, Tupac not dead. Tupac not dead, n*gga. You know if Tupac was dead, they’d be arresting

This is not the first time Knight has spread the word of Tupac being alive. Days after a hologram of Tupac Shakur performed with Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre at Coachella, Knight first revealed his skepticism of Tupac’s death in an interview with 93.5 KDAY. In the interview, Knight alleges that “nobody seen Tupac dead” and the events following his cremation leave his death shrouded in disbelief:

His mother wanted it done quickly. He passed. So, this guy got about $3 million, personally from me in cash. Next thing I know, I never heard or seen from the guy.

Floyd Mayweather: The Only Thing God Made Perfect Was My Boxing Record

(AllHipHop News) Floyd Mayweather openly admits that he is a flawed human, but that does not mean he does not believe he posses some godly perfection. In a recent interview with The Guardian, Mayweather speaks on his upcoming fight with Marcos Maidana, the only thing God made perfect and more.

[ALSO CHECK OUT: Floyd Mayweather Posts Pics of Ex-Fiancé’s Abortion Papers On Facebook (PICS)]

During the interview, the man who recently leaked pictures of his ex-fiancé’s abortion documents admits “I can contradict myself, though. I’m human. I make mistakes.” While he attests to his own imperfections, the man with a flawless 45-0 boxing record desires to not only be the face of boxing but a testament to a higher power’s perfection:

[It’s about] legacy, the legacy. When you mention boxing, all I want you to mention is just one name, that’s Floyd Mayweather. When my career is over, I don’t want nobody talking about nobody else. Nobody. God only made one thing perfect: my boxing record.

Mayweather’s upcoming fight with Maidana will take place this Saturday (May 3rd) at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. However, the one fight people have chided Mayweather for not following through with is the one with arch rival Manny Pacquio. Mayweather understands the criticism, but believes it is unwarranted:

I think not everybody is listening. First, everybody was: ‘Floyd is a coward, he’s scared.’ I didn’t care less. I am probably the highest-paid coward in the world, so I don’t mind. All I want to do is clean up boxing. This sport will live on when I am gone but we need you guys to call a s#### a s####. Give it to them straight. I want to give people boxing which is clean.
