Suge Knight: I Didn't Kill Tupac Because Tupac Is Not Dead (VIDEO)
(AllHipHop News) We can either chalk this one up to intoxicated humor, intoxicated truth or just Suge Knight messing with the world. In a recent interview, Knight alleges that Tupac has not died.
In the interview, Knight references Dexter Issac’s 2011 admission of shooting Tupac at New York City’s Quad Studios in 1994 when reasoning why Tupac’s murder still being unsolved as being curious. According to Suge, the real reason Tupac’s murder has not been arrested is because there is no murderer to catch:
Why you think no one’s been arrested when they said they killed Tupac? It’s not just the snitching, be smart. Because, Tupac not dead. Tupac not dead, n*gga. You know if Tupac was dead, they’d be arresting
This is not the first time Knight has spread the word of Tupac being alive. Days after a hologram of Tupac Shakur performed with Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre at Coachella, Knight first revealed his skepticism of Tupac’s death in an interview with 93.5 KDAY. In the interview, Knight alleges that “nobody seen Tupac dead” and the events following his cremation leave his death shrouded in disbelief:
His mother wanted it done quickly. He passed. So, this guy got about $3 million, personally from me in cash. Next thing I know, I never heard or seen from the guy.

Floyd Mayweather: The Only Thing God Made Perfect Was My Boxing Record
(AllHipHop News) Floyd Mayweather openly admits that he is a flawed human, but that does not mean he does not believe he posses some godly perfection. In a recent interview with The Guardian, Mayweather speaks on his upcoming fight with Marcos Maidana, the only thing God made perfect and more.

During the interview, the man who recently leaked pictures of his ex-fiancé’s abortion documents admits “I can contradict myself, though. I’m human. I make mistakes.” While he attests to his own imperfections, the man with a flawless 45-0 boxing record desires to not only be the face of boxing but a testament to a higher power’s perfection:
[It’s about] legacy, the legacy. When you mention boxing, all I want you to mention is just one name, that’s Floyd Mayweather. When my career is over, I don’t want nobody talking about nobody else. Nobody. God only made one thing perfect: my boxing record.
Mayweather’s upcoming fight with Maidana will take place this Saturday (May 3rd) at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. However, the one fight people have chided Mayweather for not following through with is the one with arch rival Manny Pacquio. Mayweather understands the criticism, but believes it is unwarranted:
I think not everybody is listening. First, everybody was: ‘Floyd is a coward, he’s scared.’ I didn’t care less. I am probably the highest-paid coward in the world, so I don’t mind. All I want to do is clean up boxing. This sport will live on when I am gone but we need you guys to call a s#### a s####. Give it to them straight. I want to give people boxing which is clean.

(AllHipHop News) 50 Cent is not one to hold back his views on – pretty much everything. The latest topic the G-Unit leader is providing commentary for is the controversy surrounding Floyd Mayweather’s issues with ex-girlfriend Shantel Jackson.

Roc Nation: "Yeezus" Movie Poster Is Fake
(AllHipHop News) An image that was reported to be the new poster for Kanye West’s Yeezus film began circulating online, but is appears the picture is fake. A Roc Nation representative tells Pitchfork that the poster is not official.

According to NME, the pic was first posted to Instagram by Milk Studios’ creative director Mazdack Rassi. While the poster is not real, the Yeezus movie is still happening. Acclaimed video director Hype Williams is attached to direct, and American Psycho writer Bret Easton Ellis penned the script.

Kendrick Lamar Covers 2Pac's "California Love" At iHeartRadio Awards (VIDEO)
(AllHipHop News) Kendrick Lamar is seen by many rap fans as the current king of the West Coast – a crown that was once worn by the Hip Hop icon 2Pac. Those are extremely big shoes to fill, but K. Dot does not seem afraid to embrace the legacy of California Hip Hop.

Meek Mill Loses Constitutional Rights Case Against Philadelphia & Police
(AllHipHop News) Meek Mill has lost his a lawsuit against the city of Philadelphia and two police officers. The Philly native claimed the defendants violated his rights by falsely imprisoning him.
Cops took Meek into custody on Halloween night 2012 after they alleged to have smelled marijuana in his vehicle. No drugs were found, but Meek was still held by police for 9 hours.

According to reports, the jury sided with the defendants but admonished both sides for their respective roles in the incident.
“Although we voted unanimously that Mr. Williams’ Fourth Amendment rights were not violated, we feel strongly both the plaintiff and defendant were in the wrong and made mistakes,” said a note jurors read aloud after the verdict.
The MMG rapper was seeking $400,000 in lost income and additional money for emotional stress. Meek was forced to cancel a scheduled appearance in Atlanta because of the police stop. He also stated that the negative attention from the situation affected his negotiations with the Puma shoe company. The deal supposedly went from $2 million to $650,000.
One officer named in the complaint, Andre Boyer, has since been fired from the police department after a police board inquiry found he violated procedures involving a case where $6,000 was seized during an arrest. Boyer was also involved in several civilian complaints.
“I just feel like [Boyer] did me wrong,” said Meek.
While the Dreams and Nightmares creator says he respects the jury’s decision, he also contends that the mostly white jury were not from where he’s from and do not really understand the history of his community’s relationship with the police.

Supperclub L.A. Releases Statement About Videotaped Fight + T.I. & Game
(AllHipHop News) Video of rappers T.I. and Game involved in a confrontation with police hit net this week. The incident took place outside Supperclub Los Angeles, and reports stated that the venue’s security was involved in a fight that sparked the showdown.

Supperclub has now released the following statement about the melee:
The events that happened in the parking lot behind Supperclub Los Angeles in the early hours of Wednesday morning are severely disheartening, leaving our company and organization frustrated, and our Hollywood neighbors saddened.
An unfortunate escalation between an angry onlooker who was denied entry to Supperclub, and a rogue security officer who took matters too far, led to an untenable altercation which represented the worst in all of us.
Although T.I. and The Game were in the parking lot during this time, they were not directly involved with this incident. Community leader “Big U” of Developing Options, was in fact, not arrested contrary to false reports, and had no part in this altercation. The third party security company that was hired for this outside promotional event, is not a part of Supperclub Los Angeles, and will never be booked by Supperclub, or the venue’s outside promotional vendors again.
The owners, management and family of Supperclub vehemently condemn this act, and any act of violence, as it directly contradicts its core philosophies of celebration of the arts, food, and culture.

Ab-Soul Says He's Close To Just Leaking His Album
(AllHipHop News) Top Dawg Entertainment’s Ab-Soul has been waiting to release his new album for months. The self-described “Black Lip Bastard” announced the project was complete in February, and TDE CEO Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith shared that Soul’s LP is “coming soon” in March.
