Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs recently unloaded his 2,300 square foot condo at Manhattan’s Park Imperial. A lucky buyer with deep pockets snagged the 66th floor apartment for for $5.7 million, a steep discount from Diddy’s original asking price of $8.5 million. Diddy still came out on top, since he only paid $3.82 million for the property back in 2005. According to the Wall Street Journal, the apartment was originally three bedrooms, until Diddy renovated it to be a one-bedroom with larger spaces for entertaining guests. Diddy has since moved on to a $39 million mansion in Los Angeles.
