Diddy Sells New Jersey Mansion After A Nine Year Wait

DIDDY WAITS IT OUT AND FINALLY SELLS NEW JERSEY MANSION

(AllHipHop News) It looks like Sean “Diddy” Combs has found a buyer for his Alpine, New Jersey mansion.

The rap mogul listed the property in 2007, but had a difficult selling the property because of its location to other, cheaper houses.

But when you are the richest man in Hip-Hop with an estimated net worth of $750 million, you can afford to sit on a $9 million property for nine years.

So after almost a decade-long wait, Diddy has finalizing a deal to sell the New Jersey mansion.

The seven-bedroom, 14-bathroom property will be sold for $7.99 million, making it a sweet deal for the purchaser, since almost $1 million was knocked off the original purchase price.

Diddy is still going to come up: he paid $6 million for the residence in 2004.

The Bad Boy CEO’s New York City penthouse is still on the market at $6.5 million.

As previously reported, Diddy moved to Los Angeles in 2014, ans he now lives in a $40 million mansion.
