Eminem Dragged Into Bizarre Arrest As Woman Says He’d Cover Her Breakfast Tab

A Florida woman was arrested after allegedly refusing to pay her diner bill, claiming Eminem was her husband and would cover the cost.

A woman landed in handcuffs at a Florida diner after insisting that Eminem—yes, that Eminem—was her husband and would pick up her $27.55 tab.

54-year-old Jennifer Kleber was taken into custody earlier this week at Darrell’s Dog Gone Good Diner in Silver Springs after allegedly refusing to pay for her breakfast and beverages.

According to a Marion County Sheriff’s Office report obtained by TMZ, Kleber told deputies she was married to the Detroit rap icon and believed he would cover the cost of her meal, which included French toast, a bacon-and-cheese dish, soda and chocolate milk.

Eminem has “unlimited money,” Kleber reportedly told a responding corporal, insisting the superstar rapper had paid for her food before.

Restaurant staff recognized Kleber from prior visits, where she allegedly tried similar tactics to avoid paying. When law enforcement arrived, she only had $10 in her possession—less than half the amount needed to settle her bill.

Kleber was arrested on the scene and charged with defrauding an innkeeper, a misdemeanor offense that applies when someone obtains food or lodging with the intent to avoid payment. She was booked into the Marion County Jail.

Despite Kleber’s claims, Eminem is not married. The 53-year-old Grammy winner has been linked to his longtime stylist Katrina Malota, though he remains notoriously private about his personal life.

The incident adds to a long list of strange fan interactions involving the rapper, who has faced everything from break-ins to obsessive admirers over the years.
